It is the fundamental right of a woman to take the decision whether to give birth to a child or abort him when he is in her womb. It is so because the whole thing is processing in her body and she is physically and mentally related to this issue. According to certain theorists, sexuality makes the main differentiation between the men and women and women become less valuable compared to the men. 2 ABORTION Damon Linker (2007), if an individual has the right to live then abortion related laws should be strict, as abortion kills a fetus and it is quite similar to kill a person. Further, abortion is morally wrong and there are certain similarities in between abortion and killing. Killing a human being is a heinous crime there is an intention to kill someone who could be innocent in nature. Similar situation observed in case of abortion where the woman is express her consent not to give birth of the child who is in her womb. There may be certain adverse situations; however, no one has the right to kill a child intentionally (Sedgh et al., 2015). Further, it could be stated that when a woman is giving consent to sexual intercourse, she has the knowledge of risk regarding the pregnancy. In addition, abortion is harmful for the woman who is giving her consent for abortion. However, social change is required to stop this crime so that the women could get emotional support and withdraw the decision to kill her fetus.
