considerably reduced, there are certain steps that can be maintained by any organisation engaged
in functions as such:
Awareness approach: The basic knowledge regarding the legislations as well as the facilities
available are needed to be spread. Hence, awareness approach can be effective in enhancing the
knowledge of not only the care providers but also the care seekers and the associated individuals.
Whistle blowing strategies: In order to ensure the overall safety of the individuals who may be
prone to certain abuse can be protected in a proper manner within the organisation; appropriate
strategies are needed to be followed. Informing the management regarding any incidents as such
is important. Additionally, tools like emergency alarms, CCTV cameras and so on can also
provide needed information regarding the abuse that may occur within the organisation.
Risk assessment documentation: This strategy is helpful in ensuring that the potential risks are
properly identified and recorded in order to extend the best possible solution for the same. This
will provide better assurance of safety for the individuals belonging to vulnerable groups seeking
services from the concerned organisation.

For instance, it can be said that with proper awareness programs, the necessity of safeguarding
the individuals and the steps needed to ensure the same can be better understood by the
individuals. Additionally, with the help of whistle blowing strategies it will be easier to maintain

a proper and systematic approach while reporting the cases of abuse within the organisation.
Thus, further harm to the individual can be substantially eliminated.
It can be further said that the documentation of the assessed risks will be helpful in ensuring that
the most suitable approaches to eliminate the health issues are drafted. Thus, the abuses can be
considerably reduced.

their care providers and store their trust on them. Thus, the issues faced by them will be
discussed in a better manner and the immediate solutions can be implemented.
Additionally, it can be said that the involvement of governmental bodies can be effective in
establishment of better and systematic steps needed to tackle such situations. Alterations in the
organisational policies can also be made accordingly to suit the interests of the individuals
engaged in groups as such.

On the basis of the assignment it can be inferred that it is important that the vulnerable groups
within any society are identified and appropriate assistance are provided to them in order to
ensure that their situations are properly tackled. It is important that the factors responsible for
making a certain group vulnerable are required to be identified along with proper assess of the
risks involved that can cause harm to the individuals. With appropriate legal intervention and
