INTRODUCTION
The term academic and employability skills is a collection of learning strategies and
various tools for management that will help for students to learn and absorb lessons (Bryan and
Clegg, 2019). Employability skills are those skills which are transferable and useful for every
job and they involve the development of knowledge, skills and mindset which will attract
employees. These skills are also famed as soft skills, work skills and foundational skills. Selected
career is teaching career is one of largest profession over world and they are liable to teach with
good values. For this assessment, various topics are covered such as personal swot Analysis,
time management tools, personal development plan (PDP) and reflection of academic report
using Gibbs model such as description, analysis, feelings, evaluation, conclusion and action plan.
TASK 1
Academic skills: These skills are need to be encourage many student to become learner
in an efficient manner (Butum and Nicolescu, 2019). Basically, it is more important for students
they give confidence to participate to learn new skills and develop their communication skills
after they should be graduate. It is a collection of strategies for learning and management tools
which will help to absorb class lessons. Teacher are also often to intend academic skills in terms
of their students to really managed certain concepts. These skills are not only used for student
for benefiting but also help in future purpose and achieve many different carer paths. To become
a teacher student needs to be developed some skills which are named as communication skills,
teaching skills, time management skills and organisational skills.
Employability skills: These type of skills need to determine essential skills and personal
qualities which enable to thrive in any workplace. These skills are also known as soft skills and
enterprise skills. It is very useful for students for communication, teamwork, problem soling and
leadership qualities. When they are moving towards in teaching career so it will be helpful if
they have good communication skills, team working, solve many complex problems and there is
an ability to teach.
SWOT Analysis
It is a framework which is used to identify their firm's competitive position to develop
their strategic planning. It can consist of internal and external factors and identify current
position. It can stands for strength weakness, opportunities and threats whereas strength and
