INTRODUCTION
– It is necessary to evaluate the existing
skills and qualifications and the ones that
are required in order to achieve the career
goals and excel at it.
– In this presentation, I will be critically
analysing myself regarding my skills and
development goals along with reflecting
on the overall learning obtained from the
module.

REFLECTION
– I decided to enrol in this course because it was essential to analyse myself
under an expert’s guidance and this module would help me more in engaging
more with myself and becoming introspective.
– I knew this module was basically focused on academic and professional
development of any individual and it was important for me to understand
which are those areas where I lacked, and hence need to work more diligently
to obtain the desired results.
– Further, the module also covered the integration of new skills which was
another favourable aspect for me personally because I would be able to learn
those skills that would increase my chances at becoming employed and hence I
would be able to attain goals more successfully.
