INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are considered as the skills that go beyond the experience and
qualification (Mathew, and Rodrigues, 2017). (Mathew, and Rodrigues, 2017). Thy are also
known as the building blocks of an individual's career. It also focuses on the time management
skills,communication skills and team work and many other employees skills which helps to
create the success of the firm.

To satisfy the clients and customers' expectation,make decisions ,solve problems
regarding other people there is a need of the good interpersonal skills enables an individual to
participate effectively as a team member(Dong,.and et.al.,2017).
. To empathize and build rapport, well- honed interpersonal skills enables us to lead a better as
well as less stressful working environment.
There are various ranges of areas that able to covers through interpersonal skills such as
It has been analysed by me that I am more organized, I am able to finish my work on time and
also I have the ability to manage all my work. These are the kinds of skills that required to
transmit or receive messages one person to another through
Writing and speaking. It is the most important within the workplace but by the improved
technologies, I increasing complexity regarding modern technologies.
Verbal communication- The words an individual use whether in writing or face to face. It
involves more than just talking (Mathew, and Rodrigues, 2017)
. As communication is a soft skill that is vital to each and every employer. Workers able to
convey information that is clearly as well as effectively valued through the employees. Verbal
communications occurs within many various context that involves training sessions, group
meeting, interviews ,sales pitches as well as consulting engagements.
I have also analysed that I am also being easily distracted, I am not a keen observer. I am
distracted by so many things easily. Effective problem solving skill enable workers to analyse
problems, identify problem severity and asses the impact of alternative solutions. Workplace
training designed to develop problem solving skills assist workers to work more efficiently with
co-workers, customers, partners and suppliers.
