INTRODUCTION
Employability skills refer to such skills that are required by individual to perform particular
function that can be useful in future growth and success in careers. Communication, presentation and
technical knowledge that are required by every employer so that individual can easily and effectively
perform various function and helps in achievement of goal and objectives of firm. This report is an
reflection about various skill that need of be improved by me in order to effectively present power
presentation and achieve higher growth and success in both personal and professional life.
Various skills needs to be develop for effective presentation
Academic skills need to be developed for future growth and success such as better
communication, abilities to influence people, time management and public speaking and problem solving
abilities. As such skills are demanded by each employer so that individual can effectively work and helps
in growth and success of company. I have learned from my presentation that there are various skills that
need to be improved by me in order to grow and success in personal and professional life. Various
employability skill such as that I have learned from my class presentation such as oral and written
communication, presentation, technical things, how to present Power point and research skills and
coordinate resource and work as team. Presentation that I have given in classroom enhances my
confidence and ability to speak effectively and easily with other people. It helps in my personality
development and growth of various skilled that can benefit me in near future or in my career ( Holmes,
2017). I have learnt about various ways to effective communicate with other people so that they can
understand what I want to explains at the same time I get to know that body language plays an important
role in delivering knowledge and information to other peoples. Technical knowledge related to computer
has also improved as per my views and I was also able to learn effective power point presentation that can
be used in case I become a manager I have to present data and information to stakeholder and investors. I
will effectively able to communicate information about sales, profit margin and various plans of company
by developing such new skills. Technical knowledge helps a lot in performing large number of function
within limited time and efforts so such development has increase performance and efficiency of myself to
perform specific task and responsibilities. I also able to learn the way to grab attention of audience such
as using appropriate body language and gesture and impression so that they can easily learn what
might I want to say (Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). Another thing I learn from PowerPoint presentation in
my class is who to work as team so to achieve desired objectives and effectively complete task within
limited time and effort. It teach me how to divide work and coordinate each other activities so that any
objective or task or set goals can be achieve with minimum resistance (Matsouka and Mihail, 2016).
Overall such a experience has teach me lot of thing to develop various skills and abilities in order to
perform particular task and responsibilities in personal and professional life. Therefore I have learnt

communication skills, interpersonal skill, ability to work as team and technical knowledge to perform
specific task.
Feedback is useful in improving and developing various new skills
Feedback are very essential as it helps in analysing and evaluating things in which a person lack thus
have to plans various ways to improves such skills and capabilities in order to grow and succeed in life.
Therefore feedback collected through in class activities helps in improving and enhancing various skills
such as I get to know that while delivering presentation I was able to provide good at presentation by
arranging various data and information in logical manner. I also get to know that I was not able to manage
time effectively as within limited time I was not able to developed appropriate and sufficient matters
(Tran, 2016). At the same time conclusion was not appropriate so I have to develop good communication
skill to effectively conclude and explained what I want to inform other people or audience. Feedback also
show that I was not able to inform people or make understand other people about information or what the
topic is about so I have to improve my oral communication and should use more body language and
gestures to make understand audience about the topic. I have to work to effective manage time so that
particular task can be performed within limited time and efficiencies. I also have to learn better ways to
present data by arranging them in appropriate manner so that other people can easily understand. I was
not able to speak loudly and clearly so I have to make efforts to improve communication skills a lot.
Whereas I also get to know that they are some other skills that were too good that I can use in my person
al life to grow and succeed such as by reading information and visual aids I was able to present data
appropriately to audience. As per feedback my grammar was appropriate in Visual aid and oral
presentation at the same time I was able to speak good without uses of notes and other materials (Messer,
2018). I also get to know that my introduction was appropriate that state my introduction was good and I
would able to attract attention of audience. Understanding skills of myself were good so it stated that I
can easily understand and grab new things thus it means I have good ability to learn new things and
abilities. I also get to know that I can easily work in team and be a leader by guiding and distributing
activities to be performed by each individual. Therefore feedback has helped me a lot by improving and
enhancing knowledge about various skills that exist in me and skill that need to be improved for future
development and growth in career.

The tools i have chosen for developing my skills for further enhancement in my career are 4Ds of
management which are delete, delegate, defer and do. Delete factor of the theory explains to eliminate
unnecessary time waster factors and unproductive meetings for meeting the set deadlines, avoiding

wastage of time and improving overall performance for gaining high competence. The time management
factor helped me to complete my assigned projects and responsibilities of working within team in fixed
time frames with high efficieincy. It helmed to gain deeper insights on all arenas necessary when working
with dynamic working conditions and to delegate the other key areas and responsibilities timely to my
subordinates. The team members while working on projects together helped me to learn interpersonal
skills effectively and helped me to improve my quest of learning with strong productive force. The tool of
4ds time management helped me in minimising the possible risks of collective working and improved my
learning skills, visual capabilities and the fluency of speaking English with high confidence
(Suleman,2016).
Another tool I sued for evaluating my performance is CRAAP test which is applied in websites,
articles and other information sources to determine the reliability of information gained from all sources.
This tool helped me to gain productive information in my writings and learning skills while conducting
surveys, projects and assignments. It helped me to develop my horizons of advanced skills and learn new
potentialities of working ethics, group working and establishing strong ethics while studying. My
professors and teachers were very supportive and motivated me to use CRAAP test factors effectively,
with precise accretion and helped me to learn creativity. The tool had large positive impact on my work
ethics and it helped me to use only reliable data and statistics for my projects and assignments. It
enhanced my horizons and productive skills to bring productive data out and keenly develop the quest of
learning. My professors and team mates in brainstorming sessions, group discussions also motivated me
share my future goals, ideas and enhance my talents. CRAAP test developed my researching skills and
gathered a lot of insights on how to acknowledge only productive reliable data, which can be used in my
future processing through various projects and assignments. The test motivated me a lot to gain
productive practical knowledge on how to research better, skills to write and communicate better
(Tsitskari,Gouda, Tsalouchou and Michalopoulou,2017).

productive knowledge outlook on all corners of learning while studying in an university.
