INTRODUCTION
Employability skill is defined as a sum of potential and capability to meet the overall
objectives behind holding the designated position role in an organisation. This report would
portrait about the employability skills employees need to hold as a part of the employment
opportunity in an organisation. This report is a reflective report that will entertain about the
experience of learning at different level. With the support of reflection different learning
experiences will portrait in this report. In different stages this report would project the
learning in reflective manner to get the depth of the entire learning review.

Description
There are a lot of skills and knowledge which has to be present for employability and
that is going to add a lot of success for the people in their lives. There are a lot of issues and
problems which rise in a person’s life and without having information and knowledge, the
troubles are just going to increase and that is not a good factor for the company. The
competition in the market is also increasing and the person will have to develop them
accordingly. There is going to be a growth of a person’s value in the market which is going to
make the employability’s of the person increase so that they can join the job which they
which to which would result in higher job satisfaction.
CV does make a lot of difference to a person’s capabilities in a business which is
going to make the person develop themselves in the market as well. The qualifications of the
person is going to be displayed on the CV which has to be made properly and with
experience that factor also comes in the person. There are interviews which are held for
hiring the right candidate and the first impression of the person is always of the CV. The CV
of the person has to be very impressive so that they can have a good future for themselves in
the market and there are a lot of skills and cover letter which has to be written by the person
to be able to operate effectively in the market.
Feelings
There has to be an ethical and correct manner in which the work has to be conducted
so that there is going to be a good functioning. There are a lot of candidates which are going

to apply for the same job and for getting the right job there has to be a growth which needs to
be visible. Public speaking is one of the necessary skill which needs to be present so that
there is going to be a good growth (Mohamad, M and et.al., 2018). There are a lot of
customer issues and problems which have to be solved from time to time so that there is
going to be a good growth for the company and myself. Another skill which is very essential
for employability is presentation skill which is present in people so that there is going to be a
good functioning.
There has to be good communication with the customers which is a very important
skill which the employees must have which comes in with speaking skills. The customers
want a good experience and that can be possible when they are given what they need so that
there is going to be a good functioning. There is a manner which is expected out of a good
employability which is going to make the customers have good experience so that there are
good operations. There are keys points which employability skills have so that the customers
can get the best from the company and they must know about them.
Evaluation: The experience of employability has been very much learning. Every
organisation put out its investments in conducting employee development campaigns and
employee advancement schemes so that potential capabilities of employee’s part of the
organisation can be enhanced. I also have a job in an organisation that also involved in
conducting the employee development campaigns to guide employees towards learning new
skills and capabilities so that they can achieve the more effective potentials and capabilities
of performing their given role in organisation. In the employee development campaigns at our
organisation we taught the practicability of different skills like numerical skill, creative skill,
design skill, awareness skill, observation skill and other such skills. Apart from these skills
this learning program also covers skills like presentation skill, CV, job interviews aspects that
also a part of the employee’s career (Gowsalya and Elavarasan, 2018). The entire program
was precise and specific as all employees was aware about what a part of the campaign is and
what should be the learning behind conducting these employee development activities. The
entire campaign was not just based on the theoretical aspects of learning skills and improves
the potential capabilities of employee’s part of the organisation. Rather the entire campaign
was more based on practical approaches that can support the employees in adopting such
skills and potential capabilities very conveniently. The trainer’s also taking reviews about the
employees associated with the training campaigns about the part of learning they are adoption

professional coach so that possible actions can be taken in themed of the campaign to
enhance the overall potential and outcomes of the campaign. Apart from all the good fact
about the campaign it is also evaluated that the crowd in each session is also much. The each
session was conducting between all the employees at one time that also make the campaign
more hectic for the employees participated in the campaign. The over bloodedness of the
campaign also restricted the trainers to take complete care of the training program. The one
major demerit was the lack of practical examples been given by trainers. The most of the
tactics shared was more theoretical based and lacking the practical essence of the training. Its
important to give practical examples of the tricks that are being taught in the training and also
giving practical examples so that better understanding can be created in employees about the
learning. It can be evaluated that the entire campaign majorly provide plenty of learning
opportunities that also allows the employees to grow and upgrade themselves in order to
engage with better growth opportunities as a part of the employment not just at internal level
of organisation but also externally also in the business environment.
Analysis: It can be analysis that the campaign is more learning based and generated plenty of
opportunity being an employee to upgrade myself as a human resource. Apart from all other
resources organisation has been associated with human resources are one of the major
resources every organisation get engaged with. The learning and employee development
campaign allows employees to learn new skills along with polishing the existing skills of
employees. I have analysed that i have adopted and improved many skills like research skill,
numerical skill, observation skill, creative skill; design skill that i already had in my
personality but this campaign has drives me towards polishing all these skills to gain more
advantages in my professional career. I also adopted new aspects like presentation skill,
writing skill, professional writing, critical thinking, I have analysed that i already had a good
problem solving skill which supported me in identifying the ways to improve my negative
aspects of personality (Mahmut and SUNA, 2020). Problem solving skill allows an individual
to assess the problem in the professional manner so that proper solution can be identified to
deal with such a problem. The learning has taught me all the key areas that needed to be
mentioned like experience, qualification and hobbies in more professional manner in the CV
being an employee to create more professional impression. CV is an important part of the
professional journey of an employee. It must be specific and clear in respect to all potential
areas that as an individual you are good at to create the most productive impression in the
head of the individuals who are taking the interviews. I also analysed about my personality

that I am keener towards ethical principles and to apply such principles in doing my duties.
This aspect about my personality has played a huge role in allowing me to achieve the best
level of work efficiencies and also i considered as my one of the key skill and strength tat i
possess. I have analysed that i got plenty of advantages of the session and got the opportunity
to polish different skills which would support me in enhancing the potentials and capabilities
being an employees at any organisation. The training also allowed me to learn different
practical ways to learn new dimension of a skill.
Conclusion: I can conclude that i got plenty of advantages from the training session i have
attended in this campaign. The entire training was more keen towards guiding practical
aspects of improving different skills and potential of an employee so that more
professionalism can be entertained as an employee. I have learnt many skills like numerical
skill, research skill, analytical skill, observation skill and many other professional skills like
presentation skill and other skills. All these earning has allowed me to improve my
employability skill and potential to meet my overall responsibilities being in the position role
of an employee in any organisation. I also conclude that i got to know about the significance
of CV and about all the aspects that must be a part of the professional CV so that employee
can put a better impression over the individual and professionals who are taking job
interviews (Yao and Tuliao, 2019). I can conclude that this entire learning experience has
been great being an employee as it has taught different ways to achieve the best level of
employment benefits that can support growth and development as employees. Skills and
potential play an aggressive role in the growth and development of an employee part of the
corporate sector. It’s important to achieve the overall objectives associated with the
designated position role in an organisation. This entire training has allowed me to develop my
strength as employees in such a way that I can deliver more profitable outcome to the
organisation as an employee.
Action Plan: Action plan is all about identifying the ways to overcome the bad aspects of the
learning. This will guide in respect to developing different skills needed to achieve the bets
level of employment exposure in any organisation.
