offer recreation and Green space to the local citizen, Tourist and also municipality. This study
inculcates a local council who emphasis on build an urban park for this they examine the impact
of social, economic and environment perspective on build a park. This report is related to
professional degree due to which it inculcates the impact of three perspective mainly economic
perspective on building an urban park. Further it involves recommendation to minimizing risk

INTRODUCTION
Urban park defines as a public park, metropolitan park, municipal park that is mainly
seen in City area and other incorporated places to offer green spaces to people, visitors and also
municipal. It is an area on which grass and trees are planted in order to provide relaxation to
people by enjoying themselves to fresh own mind. It mainly involves playgrounds, green space,
boat ramps and many more that ensures people health safety and well being (Xu and et. al.,
2018). These types of parks are building by local area government of a nation. These parks are
established for developing recreational activities in society so that people feel active. Urban
parks are highly beneficial for social and personal health, economic and environmental
perspective. Parks are physical reflection on quality of life within a society. It helps in enhancing
the people thinking power that develops their living standards. For instance- Greenwich park is
situated on London, that is best park for their society people where citizens enjoys their leisure
time that will benefitted their health and well being. It also maximizes the price of particular
property that enhances tax benefits which support economy of a country (Importance of Parks
and Recreation, 2021). Urban parks faces some challenges also such as not getting regular
maintenance, frequent changes in climate, busy and hectic lifestyle of people etc. and many more
are the major drawback that are associated with urban parks. This report is developed by a
student who indulge in professional degree due to which an individual emphasis on studying the
economic impact on urban parks along with social and environmental perspectives. This helps in
gaining knoelwdege3 related to benefits and challenges faced by urban parks in cities. Further it
explains the recommendations related to all three perspectives so that building an urban park is
