regulate their behaviour by implementing ethical practices. This further helps the businesses in
making their employees work ethically. On the basis of such analysis and study
recommendations are provided to the company which will help them to promote ethical conduct.

In present time, every single business organisation is looking forward to attain a good
image within the market so that they could earn profits, develop customer base, gain competitive
advantage and so on. Basically, this can only be performed through following the code of
conduct developed by government so that operations can effectively be done in an ethical
manner. If it is talked about success of the organisation in within a particular market they can
