motivated with the prospects that are gained
from communication.
Project Management and organization are said
to be one of the challenging aspects that are
usually faced by employees.
Project management is usually tackled by
number of people and again the
communication aspect here plays a major role.

The report explains that motivation is one of those
strategies that is to be employed in an organization such
that employees will not feel the work pressure and it
develops a kind of enthusiasm.
The different challenges that are observed in this
motivational strategies which is communication can be
resolved by employing means that will provide a platform
for the employees to speak their heart out in order to
express their thoughts and perceptions regarding the
strategies that are implied by other people in the
organization (De Sousa Sabbagha and et.al, 2018).
In the project management the leader of the entire project
will have to provide an opportunity for people in the project
to express their views such that their insecurities in the
communication process will be resolved.
