INTRODUCTIONIt is very important to have a good command on your skills which can help to improvethe weakness and make an effective research report. This report will discuss about how to writean effective research report and what are the factors which is required to chive this. It will alsoexplain about the personal development plan and the way to prepare it. It will also focus onimproving all the skills related to corporate trainer.TASK 11. Personal DevelopmentIt is very important for academic and research project to work to have a proper andskilled knowledge for work. While conducting this research report, I came out to understand mystrengths and weaknesses which I have to overcome. For effective research report, it is verycrucial for me to upgrade my personal skills, for example, my communication, writing, mylistening, etc. This will help me to increase my strength to prepare an effective report at the end.For the personal development, it is very important to have a good command on the academicskills as well as research, note taking, summarizing, paraphrasing, etc. (Bell, 2014). For example:for an effective research report, I improved my communication skills because it is very importantfor me while conducting my research project. It will also help me while I am collecting my datafor which I have to meet so many people to gather related information for which communicationplays an important role.My complete research work is based on my target which is to become a good corporatetrainer at the end of 2018. For this, I am working on my formal writing and analytical skillswhich can help me to communicate well with their employees in office and it will also help meto coach and mentor trainees whilst sharing feedback from them at same time. For a goodcorporate trainer, it is very important for me to have a strong communication and interpersonalskills as well as ability of innovative thinking which can be used for overall improvement oforganization for which will be beneficial in future (Cottrell, 2015). I have to also improve mylanguage skills because for better communication, it is very important to have a good commandon language. It will also help me to build confidence and work more effectively for theorganization and I can achieve my objectives and goals easily.1
