TASK 1a. Estimating self-strengths and weaknessesLearning involves a variety of processes and so, when I analyse my own skills to checkefficiency of my weak and the strong points, t there comes a wide variety of skills. Althoughthere are various skills and talents in which I am excellent but still, there is a need of improvingsome of them so that I can be able to achieve a sort of efficiency in learning and understandingthings better. This can also help in acquiring a better set of knowledge and understanding in life.So, on the basis of some skills, evaluating my weak and strong factors are given as below:Personal skillsStrengthsI think, I have an efficient rate of leadership skills. It is because; whatever the situation is,I know how to manage it. Also, I can very easily handle employees as well as theoperations. So, I consider this as my strengthening factor. WeaknessesI am not able to interact with people and this may be because I am shy. But along withthat, I think there is some lack of confidence in me because of which I am not able tospeak in various situations. I want to interact with people but my less confidence does notlet me to do so. Therefore, I think I need to improve my confidence level in order to makemy communication skills better.Academic skillsStrengthsI think doing research is easy because it is interesting enough to search through differentarticles, websites, etc. It also helps in enhancing my knowledge.My Summarising power is also good because I think after reading whole article carefully,I found it easy to summarise it in short. Weaknesses My note taking power is not efficient because I find it difficult to make notes. I getconfused actually. So, this is one of my weak factors.In paraphrasing as well, although, it is easy but I found it time consuming. So, I think Ineed to make improvements in order to have a speed in paraphrasing. 1
