investigation into multiple study areas. The Student may develop the research skills in order to
complete their academic work throughout their academic careers. More specifically when it
applying these skill among with support service when researching information. However, the
research skills are applicable that beyond the classroom, as advantage from the research for work
and leisure.

I have been performed the ongoing process within career enhancement but it will require to
consider important strength, weakness for enhancing entire growth opportunities. On the basis of
experience, I have identified the certain strength, weakness at the time of ongoing process.
Strength
English language skill: it is important skill that always supports for me to interact with
other colleagues. In order to share their opinion, view point. I have a good English
language skill so that conveying view better anybody else (Quinlan, Babin and Griffin,
2019). Furthermore, I have analysed the evidence on the basis of positive feedback from
other people.
Academic skills: it is another strongest skill which always helping me to quickly read or
understand the academic subjects. These skills helped me in research where I have
conducted to complete assignment. This is the reason when I have scored good marks
along with positive feedback.
Personal skills: I have an ability to adapt any environment or culture. This quality has
been helping me to handle any critical situation or condition in proper manner. As my
personal experience, I had lived along with friends and several situation deals through
personal skills.

Weakness
Poor enterprise management skills: I have a poor management skill so that faced many
issues related management. At certain level, I have been suffered to miss deadline
because I have not submitting assignment on time (Van Blankenstein and et.al., 2019).
Poor analytical skills: it is the weakness when I am unable to analyse numerical as well as
statistical data in proper manner. Sometimes, I have failed to develop the statistical report
with several times in last year.

When set targets for purpose of self-improvement so as require to develop SMART
criteria which emphasizes on the specific principles such as specific, achievable, time bound and
measurable.

To measure the performance and efficiency on individual on behalf of personal skills.
To achieve the desirable goal for adapting current business environment or culture.
To increase the opportunities among individual’s through communication skills.
To enhance the organizational, leadership capabilities within years.
These are considered as Smart objective which mainly used for self-improvement. It would be
require to adapt in the individual lives. Therefore, it can easily achieving desirable goal as well
as objective.
Explanation of “SMART” Objective
Specific: According to this principle, it is mainly deals with the problem or issues by
using suitable strategy. In this way, individual has been eliminating the issue.
Measurable: it can be developed in such way that can easily measuring the progress of
individual in term of particular skill and knowledge set (Mc Clelland and Cameron,
2019).
Achievable: It may define the target and focus on the achievable objective that might
push individual into depression, anxiety. This type of thing is not going into favourable
manner.

objective through individual. In this way, it can easily grow their skill set in future

The Notes taking skills are most informant skills which help me to mesmerize the
information for the long times and I can use it for the communication, arguments and
summering (Gillies., 2017). To develop these skills, it is necessary for the individual person to
listen the information actively, so they can note the information. Listening carefully helps to
note the main point of the information, and we can understand what the other person what to say
and what is the important message in their information. I am also activate listener which is the
best source for me to write the notes about the accurate information. Without listening to the
information carefully we cannot write the notes. There are chances that we can leave the useful
information if we are not listening to the information carefully.
To develop this skill's person need practices, and they have to make their habit to listen
the information properly and understand what is the message and how they can write in simple
language which can be understandable for us. This will make us activate listener and the note
taking skills.
After listening the proper information we have to make the key point which will include
the information and the aim of the information in shorter way.
Notes taking skills from reading strategies
As per my view Reading strategies are the best way to developed notes taking skills and
I have developed the notes taking skills through the reading strategies (Gould., 2017). If we are
looking for the proper information then we should start leading and make the proper structure
of it where first of we will start will the aim and own topic where we will write the name of

the topic and some of the information about it, then the next step will be the main body where
we will select the main information about out topic, and we will write every important
information in this area with the clarifying what is the importance and what it is necessary for
the topic and the least one is conclusion where we will write the what was the learning and
what new things we have learned from this all notes. This is the proper reading strategy which
can be used for the notes taking. Just like we start the reading from the information of the topic,
and then we come to the main section and then last the concussion and the morel of the story. I
use this technique for the notes taking, so I can understand the what was the real motive of the
information and what was the learning from the information which was given by the
information provider. Every person who have good notes taking skills use this source of
reading strategies because it makes easy for them to understand the information, and they can
arrange the information properly. Most of the time they do not need to read to full information
because we can use the introduction and the learning part to get the informational. I am using
this strategy for the note taking and it helps me to store information for the long time.
Paraphrased and summarized information
Summarizing means explaining an idea in a shortened form, while paraphrasing means
explaining an idea in detail in your own words, using most of the information from the original
source without changing the meaning of the original. Paraphrasing is not substituting a few
words or rearranging sentences.
To develop the good notes taking skills it will be needed to how to write the paragraphs
by listening the information. This is the first step in which we have to understand the
information and after understanding we need to write the information in our own world with the
proper explanation of the information (Ilter., 2017). In this we also need to explain each topic
and every expect of the information properly and make the information more informative by
using the sources like internet and other source of the information, so we can get the useful
information, and we can collect the useful data.
After this step next step is summering that information where we have to write the
information in short way and aim of the information in simple language so the readers can
understand the information, and we can also remember the main of the information. In the
summery section the note's maker have to summarize the information briefly and properly so
without doing any mistakes in the summery section. This section covers each an every topic of

continuous way.
This skills I have developed and helping me to collect and understand the information in
more better way and more informative way. This information can be used for the
communications and argument which the proper sources of the evidence we can provide our
