working set up tell more about a person as well as her/his business skills. The knowledge
acquired in schools about academic essays writing is applied in the organization. Your writing

background. Employees with good writing skills can increase the performance of the
organization. Lack of adequate knowledge of writing skills or academic essays in the

it increases the performance of each and every employee. Employees who are working at the
front office need to have good communication skills. Employees can only possess good
communication skills through learning how to write (Huisman et al. 2018). The writing skills
will ensure that there is strong relationship between the workers and the customers and other
interested parties like the stakeholders.
