Introduction
The report provide details regarding being separated into two parts under
which Section 1 shows. An introduction and description about the Academic
Integrity. Furthermore, it shows about the discussion and importance of topic in
higher education. Along with that, it also shows about the implications of academic
misconduct. While in Section 2 the analysis shows about reflection on the steps
taken and difficulties encountered. Moreover, it provides details regarding the
reflection on skill learned and emphasized for producing the game.
Section 1
An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity
It is basically defined as the method or way of learning, researching at
university as well as, teaching people different things. As, it most likely to provides
help in effectively gaining knowledge along with, enhancing skills. Not just that but
with the proper utilization of this one may also being able to effectively build new
ideas, being more creative in the field and many more. Not just that, but this also
provides benefits in getting several chances in doing tasks and assessments with an
honest attitude. It also provides benefits with getting new ideas for the betterment
and effective study of various topics.
A discussion of the importance of academic integrity in higher
education
The academic Integrity provides many benefits in the education for higher
education as, with the help of this students may able to effectively gain knowledge as
well as, also aims to enhance their skills. Not just that, but with the proper utilization
of this one may also being able to effectively learn about new topic as well.
For Students: Under this it most likely to provide many benefits and also
plays a very crucial role in the efficient learning process. Students may being able to
get to know about themselves as well as, different areas that they require to, work
on. This provides assistance to the individual to gather all the resources and starts to
work on them for learning new things and about the topics. Students having good
and high level of integrity aims to help in keeping highly active and task oriented. Not
just that, but with this students may also get to learn about different areas that they
require achieving for being better and effective in the academic session. With the

proper usage of this students may also being able to gain success in the academic
year as well.
For Working Force: Not only the students but it plays a crucial role for the
employees as well. It tends to promote higher education so many working force may
utilize this effectively so that they may able to achieve their target. Along with that,
with gaining knowledge and also being able to develop skills provides assistance in
the employees to study even further. Not just that, but with this they may also being
able to gather information from various sources and also being able to effectively
analyses and do different kinds of researches for the betterment of them. It also
provides various principle, values and several norms for the working people to follow
and use. As, it is discovered that having higher value and integrity most likely provide
assistance for the people so that they may able to effectively able to solve their
problems and don't being a burden on the organization.
Discuss the implications of academic misconduct
Various consequences includes:
Inaccurate Assessment of work: One of the type of consequences of
misconduct as, under this when any student may does the thing of cheat of broke
any rule or law. This may results in having very less effectiveness in doing the tasks
also not being able to conduct several things. When student does the cheating or
plagiarize while doing their work most likely to results in not being able to do work
effectively and efficiently. Along with that they may also not being capable enough to
do their work of assignments on time and going to have some major flaws' in them.
Academic Consequences: Another implication occurs with having academic
misconduct. As, under this student or anyone may not being able to effectively work
according to their academics. If most of the student being dishonest with their work
majorly results in not being able to learn anything about the regarding subject or
topic. This results for them in not being able to gain any skills or develop their
knowledge for the subjects. With having less to none knowledge aims to provide
result in not being able to succeed in their academic session as well as, in their
carrier path. Having such academic consequences may result very high cost for the
student top pay in the form of not being capable enough to work in ant company due
to having no knowledge for that.

Suspension: With doing academic misconduct also puts another implication
with getting suspension from the seniors. As, getting disciplinary probation as well,
getting any kind of suspension may results in not being able to get into classes. This
may results in not being able to gain any learning along with not enhancing skills.
Results in getting punishment for violating the rules and regulations which may
results in not being able to succeed in the academic session and this further results
in getting not up to the mark for the carrier positioning. Repetition of same actions
and violating regulations may also cause students in getting dumped and this leads
to not being capable enough to work or even doing the assignments.

Reflect on the steps you have taken, and difficulties encountered in
producing the game for Assignment 2
While producing the 'Spin Game' of Academic Integrity I have taken various
steps for that which includes at very first thing I have to discuss with people. As
under this with the help of many people and getting to know about their ideas and
thoughts for making that game. After that, we majorly analyze about various types of
resources and have to choose from that the best one (Erickson, Ditomassi and
Adams, 2018). With the help of brainstorming from me and others as well, being
able to choose the which type of game that we want to make, what will be its
requirements, how I am going to produce it and many others. Along with that I have
to do the work of planning which we majorly focus on getting to know how to utilize
that game and also tell us about how to play that game. After that, for designing the
game I have to gather information like how many participants must be there in there,
setting about the various rules and regulations for that and other information as well.
Not just that, but while producing this game I may have faced many difficulties
in the process. These issue may have causes many barriers for me while making it
as, one of them was not having enough resources. As, under this majorly focusing
on not having the enough resources for developing the game. Have to take many
corrective measures so that being able fully utilize the available resources as well as,
getting new too. Along with that, another problem being faced with setting up the
game i.e. simply getting to know about the game and setting its rules and
regulations. Not just that, but I have also faced other difficulties too like not having

enough people for producing the game and make it worth the use. As, it is required
to have at least some, of the people so that I can develop the game effectively and
efficiently as well. In addition, I have also faced another challenge of getting conflicts
between the workers. As, while planning and deciding about the game many people
tend to share their ideas and their reviews so, while having brainstorming and
choosing one of them results in getting conflicts.
Reflect on the skills you have learned this academic year and those
emphasized in producing your game
During the process of producing the game I have got to know many things
and this also, helps me in getting many skills. As, being capable to utilize them for
the further benefits. As, while making the game I am able to develop team working
skill. With the proper usage of this skill I may able to effectively work with a group of
people and also, being able to share my several views and ideas to solve the
problem. I have also, learned about the cooperation skill through which I am being
able to efficiently work with others. Along with that I am also, being capable to
develop other skills as well like Leadership skill, as with the proper help and
utilization of this, being able to effectively provide my guidance and my vision for
developing the game (Shirazi and Heidari, 2019). Not just that but with the help of
leadership skill I am also, become more effective in decision-making. With the usage
of that I am able to also provide help to my team-mates or subordinates in effectively
managing the task.
Apart from that, I am also being able to even learn more skills while
developing the game. As, I am able to gain the skill of Critical Thinking with the
properly using of this I am being able to effectively solve the upcoming problems.
Like it provides me the assistance with identifying, analyzing, observing and coming
up with various types of solutions and suggestions for solving the issue. Not just that,
this also provides me the assistance in effectively risk taking before making any
decision (Lee, Lee and Gu, 2020). Along with that, I am also able to learn the
management skill through which I am being able to manage the working force of
people and provide them guidance they needed. In addition, this skill also provides
benefits with enhancing my leadership and developing that for being a step further.
Lastly, while developing or making the game I am able to learn about the

communication skill and its benefits. As, being one of the most common and
important skill while doing anything. While making the game I have to discuss, about
the problems, communicate with others for the ideas and many more. So, with the
help of this I am able to talk and convey my words to others. This helps in effective
functioning and easily game development.
Conclusion
From the above report it has been concluded that, academic further integrity
is very important for the further academic study. As, with the help of this student may
able to gain many and different types of knowledge and enhance their skills for their
development. The report provides details regarding the introduction and description
of the topic along with, discussing importance in higher studies. Furthermore, it
shows about the implication of academic misconduct. Analysis shows details
regarding the reflection on steps taken to counter difficulties while producing the
game. Lastly, shows about the, reflect on skills learned for producing the game.
