INTRODUCTION
It is quite essential for a student to consider strategic terms and conduct practices
accordingly, which taking initiatives to study for higher education. The current assignment will
be based on academic integrity. It will explain description about the concept and their
importance in the context of higher study. Furthermore, the report will specify implications of
academic misconduct, steps and difficulties encountered while producing game for project 2. It
will also justify reflective statement based on skills that have learned in academic year and
emphasized in creating game.
SECTION 1
Describing academic integrity
Academic integrity is one of those essential concepts that may drive the attention of
individual student toward putting value into their study practices in term of being an honest
person or learner in institutional work they do at specific university. It is also considered as key
expectations of tutors that they expect from students to understand and act accordingly in form of
trust, honesty, responsibility and respect for work they did and plan to do (Ellis and et.al., 2020).
It is fact that each and every student need to uphold academic integrity, which play vital role
related to their career growth, whether it is related to personal or professional. It may give them
chance to achieve set aims, while studying higher education either short, medium or long. There
are different types of ways and methods available in the academic world, that they utilized to
uphold the concept. For example, a learner may contact tutors or any institutional supporters,
when they have any study issue, as they are capable to resolve this issues in effective manner by
providing strategic directions that they follow (Goodsett, 2020). By conducting this approach,
they may reach expect outcome, which is beneficial for them and provide key benefits in the
future as well. Tutors are able to provide those suggestions and directions that improve learner’s
performance and boost their confidence, which is quite essential for them to do that
appropriately. It can be said that academic integrity also provides more benefits to students in
term of teaching how to avoid plagiarism that is important for each student to do so. They may
commit to be honest and behave ethically, by considering academic integrity.

Discussing importance of academic integrity in higher education
There are different types of terms and concepts available in the academic world, regarding
which students have to focus on. Such as that, academic integrity is essential term that play vital
role in learner’s career growth. It may enable a student honest person, which is not that easy for
anyone to do that appropriately (Stoesz and Los, R., 2019). It can be said that academic integrity
is important for students, because it enables them to effectively build new ideas, thoughts and
knowledge as well as innovative works, while acknowledging and respecting work of others.
Along with considering the term, it is essential for learners to follow and consider the key
principles of academic integrity in higher education, which may give them unpredicted outcomes
at the time when they need that. It is fact that academic integrity refers to fundamental to
teaching, research and learning at specific university. It may include ongoing fostering of a
critical network of tactics and accountabilities across academic community. It may prevent them
from being a cheater, that put negative impact on their image and reputation among other
students who are studying higher education (Aplin-Snider and et.al., 2021). Academic integrity is
essential because it may enable learner to avoid negative consequences such as failing a project
or being asked to leave academic institute. By following this fundamental value and conducting
practices accordingly, students may gain the trust of their teachers that is quite difficult for any
student to do that. It may give them reason to become a person who is able to understand and
behave responsibly toward their work, for purpose of making it presentable and keep that away
from plagiarism.
Discussing implications of academic misconduct
There are different forms of approaches and ways exist in the world that allow students to
implicate academic misconduct, in systematic and adequate manner. It is described as essential
action of students that they gain, and attempts to obtain expect result (Awasthi, 2019). This term
encompasses collusion, fabrication, plagiarism and contract cheating of data during an exam
related to higher education. Learners may take action to avoid academic misconduct in term of
taking tutors support, who are capable to guide and teach them appropriately about what they
will do and not. Along with above consideration, they may do more things such as present own
work by reading other content and developing their understanding regarding that, which is
beneficial and essential for them to do that systematically (Perkins, Gezgin and Roe, 2020).
Academic misconduct put negative impact on current and further growth of students as they may

lose teachers trust and faith. It can be said that when a learner is in violation of academic
integrity or misconduct they may obtain a lower score or fail grade as an institutional sanction.
Just because of conducting plagiarism act, they may obtain a strict waring from high authority
that affect the way they behave and work in class or react during each academic session (Ali,
Sultan and Aboelmaged, 2021). It is important for students to avoid plagiarism and action that
enable them to do that, because it lead to decrease their creativeness or creative thinking ability.
It may prevent students to fall in list of cheaters who cheat and gain high scores that is totally
unexpected and unpredicted behaviour.

Reflecting on steps I have taken and difficulties encountered in producing game for project 2
It is quite challenging for me to produce a game, as I am accountable to pass out varied
stages and overcome challenges that directly put negative impact on my performance and further
initiatives that I have plan to take.
Step 1- Login requirement
According to the first step, I have taken action to login and enter the password for
purpose of producing and then playing Plago out as game with others. It is quite essential for me
to set strong and secure password related to chosen game that aid to maintain privacy and
security of participants.
Step 2- Spin wheel
Another step moves my attention and driven my concentration toward conducting spin
activity. As I have to spin the wheel that stopped at specific topic which has been appeared at
random and regarding which I have to take action or conduct any activity. s
Step 3- Comparative activity
After passing above two steps, I had move to third one, where I had taken action to make
a clear comparison based on an essay on a subject that is related to spin.
Step 4- Submit answers
After making comparison based on essay, I have submitted my answers that in turn
contribute to provide desire outcomes to me at the end of my efforts.
Difficulties-
Lack of communicational sources-

I have encountered difficulty in producing plago out is current one, as I am facing issue
to coordinate and communicate with those who are able to provide strategic and useful directions
regarding game that I plan to play. I do not find any appropriate tool or channel that enable me to
communicate with supports who already played and passed out this game.
Lack of awareness about game-
Due to inappropriate information about the game, I faced challenge in the context of
producing the same, which impact on my activities and decision making procedure. I am not
posing better understanding about game that bring challenge or issue for me to product the same
in effective and appropriate manner. I had never played this game before, and just because of this
I have encountered difficulties that affect the way I take decision and action regarding chosen
game.
Reflecting on competencies I have learned this academic year and emphasized in producing
game
During academic year, I had developed different types of skills that played vital role in my
career growth and success. For example, I had developed my understanding regarding essay
writing in term of developing academic writing skill that help me a lot to write appropriate
content, without making plagiarism and avoiding academic misconduct that affect my
performance and work. With developed competence, I had felt confident and stronger than ever
as I have written a specific essay or content related to current subject. Academic writing skill
may contribute to stimulates intellectual development, which is quite beneficial and essential for
each & every student. It made me capable to write anything according to academic rules and
policies that is quite important for me to do that appropriately. While taking initiatives to
produce any research work, it helped me in varied terms. It is fact that a student is unable to
produce and academic work, until they do not strictly follow institutional style rules, in which
academic writing is included.
Along with above skill, I have learned more in current academic era and that is time
management, which also play crucial role in my career progress and unpredicted success. It can
be said that time management skill provides several benefits to whom they have and developed,
just like me. For instance, it aids to achieve set aims and objectives, whether they are short,
medium or long term. It is fact that appropriate manner to time management may make a person
productive and effective in each & every aspect (Oreopoulos and et.al., 2022). It makes me more

responsible and focused regarding my work in academic year, where I need to perform
successfully and obtain high scores. Along with all above benefits, time management skill caters
more than the expectations in effective and helpful manner.
There are different types of competencies emphasized in producing plago out game, that are
beneficial and useful in varied terms. For instance, programming skill is one of those
competencies that covered in the context of game production and utilized while conducting the
same activity. It may help to comprehend procedure of producing a game, according to choose
and preferences. It can be said that programming skill utilization and development is quite
essential in today’s ear, because the whole world is automated as people prefer to utilize
advanced technologies and included the same in their lives as well (Emmanuel, Oluwadamilare
and Yomi, 2021).
Analytical vision is another competence that emphasized in game production, which enable
me to act on chances and garb each in effective manner. It refers to active procedure of locating,
choosing, extracting, examining, recalling and manipulating, appropriate data in visual
environment. It makes me able to conduct suitable investigation about the topic regarding which
I have make an important and effective discussion. Along with above benefits, by developing
analytical vision capability I had gained more. For example, it makes me capable to forecast
factors and other things that has impacted my work, either in negative or positive manner, which
is important for me to forecast. 8
Designing skill is also covered in producing game and that is plago out a spin wheel game,
which provide key learning to individual person along with me, as we all are playing that. It can
be said that design is just more than a form giving aesthetic operation. It is necessary to have
design skill and used, because it make me able to produce the best game ever, from which
individual have gained useful learning. By having current competence, I have felt capable to
transform and alter specific things according to the set plan as well as expectations of others.
CONCLUSION
From above analysis, it has been concluded that students have obtained high scores while
studying higher education. They have obtained desire outcomes by following and conducting
practices according to academic integrity concept, which is quite essential for them to do that
appropriately. Furthermore, by summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that by

developing effective strategies, individual has overcome the negative impact of challenges or
difficulties that they faced while process of producing game.
