INTRODUCTION
The academic integrity is defined as the moral which is highly important to various
institutions for developing effective policies. At the time of developing policies in efficient way
the ethical values and standards of university are easily maintained for long duration. But in
aspect of academic skills, it is defined as the set of various activities which includes presentation,
referencing, academic writing and others. These are highly important for students for enhancing
critical thinking writing and writing reflection. The whole procedure of academic integrity plays
the major role for keeping loyalty and fairness of students in any kind of task (Cojocariu and
Mareş, 2022). The report will be covered explanation of academic skills, a description on the
importance of academic integrity and described the implication of academic misconduct. When
the concept of Academic integrity is properly worked in educational institute then the growth of
the students are easily increased and secured in right direction.

An introduction including a description of academic misconduct
As already above academic integrity is referred to moral which is important for different
institutions for developing strong policies. When policies are strongly framed or developed then
the ethical standards and values of university are easily sustained for long duration. The ultimate
motive for utilizing academic integrity by various universities are to make sure that fundamental
learning is completed in equal and fair way for every students in all kinds of subjects properly. In
aspect of academic integrity, the access of invalid data is strictly not allowed because this kind of
access are comes in form of misconduct activity and these activities are mostly done by students.
Therefore, this is essential for students to understand the importance of academic integrity in his
task. With the help of proper understanding of academic students always try to utilize their own
creativity and ideas in different kinds of projects for long time. Due to various misconduct
activities which is occurred by students are highly decreased within low time.
A discussion of the importance of academic integrity in higher education
In education field academic integrity plays crucial role for enhancing moral and honesty in
long term. With help of moral and honesty standards of institutions are easily sustained and in

this way students effectively received meaningful knowledge for their career or future growth.
The effectiveness in academic integrity is also important for keeping goodwill of institutions in
long term. Various universities or colleges have their own facilities which is beneficial for
encouraging academic integrity. That means in case student is done any kind of academic
misconduct in their work, then that specific student is punished by top level management. In
aspect of academic integrity, it has various kinds of importance in higher education.
Firstly, it is responsible for keeping positive goodwill of various types of educational
institutions. By keeping positive reputation, the confidence level of students is easily enhanced at
higher level for long duration.
Secondly, due to keeping effective academic integrity, the attitude and positive word of
mouth towards institute are easily enhanced (Douglas and Watt, 2019). In this way students
easily received knowledge regarding their subject which is highly important for their career and
future growth.
Thirdly, the academic integrity is also important for students to identify the right target or
direction which leads to enhance their career effectively. But here the motive of maintaining
academic integrity effectively by educational institute is to enhancing moral is to enhancing
ethics, morality and honesty in effective manner which is highly important for students to receive
life lessons.
Therefore, after the analysis of above data understand that the academic integrity is highly
essential for providing shape to the personality of students in the university and colleges. It also
provides various opportunities for students in aspect of enhancing their growth by using effective
skills and knowledge for long term.
Discuss the implications of academic misconduct
The different kinds of implications which are faced by academics due to occurring
various kinds of misconduct activities by students are –
 Fabrication – It is defined as creating changes in already used information or document
in effective manner. Due to raising this kind of issue the department of admission are
faced huge difficulties for sending and collecting reliable and important papers of
students. By occurring fabrication in documents, the admission cell are not able to
understand that the particular student is eligible or not for institute. Therefore, it is highly

essential for all colleges and institutes that they use their own symbols in papers for
effective identification.
 Cheating – It refers to use of unlicenced materials or data by students and which is
comes under the category of illegal activity. When the access is made in unauthorized
manner then misconduct is spread easily in different institutions. For decreasing this kind
of issues management of university established various rules, regulations and policies for
the students and teachers. As per the rules teachers or management have the power for
assigning penalties and taking strict actions to students if in case they conduct any kind of
misconduct function.
 Plagiarism – It is defined as utilizing the ideas and design of another person without
taking their lisence (Eaton, 2021). Due to occurring this kind of activities by students did
not use their own talent and skill effectively. In plagiarism the maturity students is not
developed effectively. Because here they did not utilized their own ideas and creativity at
the time of doing any kind of task. Due to this it is highly important for academy that
they utilized professional teachers for developing unique questions which leads to
enhance use of creativity and ideas from students.

During the time of my studies, I get various opportunities for developing the game and it
is beneficial to students for understanding the impact of academic misconduct activities in their
life. But the main focus of this game is to hold values of institutes with help of academic
integrity and decreased the misconduct. The uniquness in this game is that students have
opportunities for determining tools and it is essential for seducing the practices of academic
misconduct in efficient way.
For developing game in initial stage I utilized different types of ideas for highlighting the
specification of academic integrity in intresting manner. I have the another idea for the
prevention of academic misconduct which is highlights in the front of students. In this way the
career of students are easily grown in right direction. But during the time of developing game I
faced various issues which are described below -

 The first problem which I faced during developing or designing game is that sequencing
the game in proper way. Here my ultimate motive is to facilitate shape for my ideas and it
is important for reflects the significanfce of academic integrity in efficient manner. In this
way students are easily encouraged to follow different principles in their studies.
 The other issue which is faced by me in game is that put attractive designs and graphics.
The main reason for facing this kind issue is that knowledge of my IT is very low
(Gervais, 2018). Due to this the game through online mode is not worked properly.
 The other problem which I faced during the time of preparing game is that framing of
effective and unique questions in the game. Due to this I am not able to prepare beneficial
and meaningful questions for students which is highly important for this game. When
meaningful and beneficial quaestions are delivered to students they are highly motivated
and also understand the importance of academic integrity.
 The final and last which I faced is that developing effective rules and regulations for this
game. Without effective rules and regulations, students did not play the game with full
honesty and loyalty. Due to this students did not used their own creativity and ideas for
long time.
Reflect on the skills you have learned this academic year and those emphasised in producing
your game
After the successful development of game I get various opportunities for enhancing
growth in my career by utilizing various kinds of skills. The skills which I improved and utilized
during the time of developing game are described below -
 IT Skills – At the time of preparing game I did not have much knowledge regarding
computers and technology. In this way I understand the importance of this skill in my life
and on the basis of daily task. For overcoming this issue I joined the course of IT during
my studies in recognized institute. Then after the completion of course this skill is highly
improved in me. In this way I am able to put attractive graphics and designs in game
within low time.
 Communication skills – It is a important skills for every student. At the time of
preparing game I understand that game is not prepared by individual person. It needs
group of individual as an team with different creaativity, ideas and talents. Due to this at
the time of study I started to participate in various activities with my teammates in the

projects. It help me to develop strong communication skill in me and in this way I am
able to share my opinion fluently with others without any kind of hesitatio. With help of
this skill I am able to understand the problems of my teammates effectively. By utilizing
strong communication skill fluency in language are also enhanced for long time.
 Decision making skills – During the time of preparing game I got an opportunity for
imptoving my decision making skill. For enhancing the effectiveness of this skill I
framed questions in huge number (Hiebert, 2021). Then after the evaluation of number of
questions I shortlisted those questions which is highly useful for running the game
systematic way. Due to the effective use of this skill I easily cleared the all doughts of
students within low time. In this way students easily realize the importance of academic
integrity in educational institutes.
 Creativity skills – It is also one type of skill which is highly essential for me as an game
developer for attracting the students effectively. During my studies I am not good in this
skill and due to this I am not able to develop the game in attractive manner. With help of
this skill I am able to put various types of images and animations visually. In this way
students are highly motivated and encouraged for playing the game. In this way the
academic integrity of institution are easily sustained for long time.

CONCLUSION
From the evaluation of above data, it concludes that academic integrity played the played
major role for sustaining the fairness of institution in their task. For enhancing the effectiveness
of academic integrity it is necessary for institute and colleges that for executing effective policies
for maintaining the discipline of students. Academic integrity is also important for developing
positive environment for students in effective manner. The report will covers reflect on the step
