INTRODUCTION
The academic integrity is considered as the moral code or ethical policy of academia. This
term has been introduced by Don McCabe who is always known as the grandfather of academic
integrity. It manipulates the laws of educational values by the behavior which includes
plagiarism, honesty, and avoidance of cheating along with maintaining the academy standards as
well. There are several shared values and norms of behavior which act as the base of higher
academy community and University. Such norms and values bring several values in the actions
or practices in the academic work of University with the complete honesty and responsibility.
This report is divided into two sections. Section 1 of the respective report includes the
importance of academic integrity along with the implications of academic misconduct in higher
education environment. In addition to this, it also deals with the refractive part which is based on
the steps taken and difficulties faced while producing game. It also involves the explanation of
skills which are learnt during the procedure of producing game.

An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity
Academic integrity explain the values which are studies in the university. It also underpins
everything when engaging in academic activities by acting fairly and honesty in the university.
There are three components in which academic integrity practices are being classified i.e.
teaching, research and service. Simply the term integrity is defined as the adherence to moral and
ethical principles and quality of the character of a person. Developing the knowledge along with
maximizing accuracy and fairness in the academic community is the major aim of academic
integrity. It is found as necessary to avoid the dishonest behaviour which include falsification
and plagiarism, for the purpose of promoting academic integrity. It include the academic lives on
honesty and moral behaviour in the faculty staff and students. Academic integrity is also
considered as the misconduct which attract towards the penalty in the case of failure of
individual. Majorly there are six core values of academic integrity which include fairness, trust,
responsibility, coverage, respect and honesty. Restrict the person for using the ideas of other
person on its own name. There are several tools which are being used by the colleges, professor
and other institutions for the purpose of checking the data integrity offered by people. There are

the best possible manner and develop simplicity in the working relationships. It is
necessary that the policies and structures are being treated fairly. It also leads to the
creation of relationship with instructors based on the actions.
Fairness: This pillar focus on the individuals that they should be fairly treated and
maintaining the standards equal with the other people living in the same community. The
behaviour of pear is supported for valuing their degree of the individual.
Respect: It can be shown by sharing opinions and listening the viewpoints of the
individuals. Active participation in the learning and gaining new knowledge can enhance
the respective.
Responsibilities: the accountability in the work leads to the acknowledgement of daily
actions. Each and every individual do their task with integrity which influence the other
people to introduce integrity in their work as well. It also implies a positive effect on the
community and with individual academic integrity starts.

documents. Below my insurance all that some examples of misconduct:

answer with another person during the exam, usage of any anytorized material, written

education, problem is a highly increasing because some people present the work of
another people as their own without any proper source of acknowledgement and

Collusion: It defined as the another form of plagiarism which is defined as unauthorised
and un attributed in a nature in the piece of assessed work. It can also be defined as the
action which is being performed by two or more than two students who are working
together in a single assignment.
Falsification or Fabrication: It refers to the action of a presenting the fictitious data or
evidence in any formal academy practice. Several of false claim have been made
regarding the research performed. It also involve the alteration of information in an
academic document or activity.
Sabotage: Under this pillar, the task or actions of another person have been destroyed so
that the person cannot complete the academic activity in a successful manner.
Above mentioned are the implication of the academic misconduct which have been imposed by
the university is on the offending of students. Dishonesty in the higher education is found as the
serious problem in the university or institution. The cheating impact on teachers, students,

Project 2
The education in the present time competition has been become very significant an there is
lot of misuse of academic misconduct at a big scale. To protect the information, I came with
the idea of producing game for academic misconduct so that level of knowledge towards
plagiarism and academic misconduct can be enhanced. The aim of the game was to enhance
the value of understanding towards the academic integrity so the there can be avoidance of
academic misconduct with the respect of the exams conduct and schools’ assignment. For
such I first, developed the idea to produce a game which can be easy and understandable to
control the plagiarism. After the lot of research integrity game of card was developed. While
researching I thought to produce the game between the professor and student. Secondly, I
designed the cards towards ethics in which there will be 10 special cards after gathering the
information from doing research and game rules were developed. In the third step, while
designing the cards I framed some questions regarding the academic misconduct and on the
other side of card there will be answer. The questions will be asked by the professor. In the
fourth step, there will be answers given by the students and the game will be tested. In the
last the game development process will be completed and played between the professor and
student.
In framing the game, the difficulties faced by me are-
The first problems I faced while developing the game of integrity was in the selection of the
game. The second in designing of cards I face the problem. In framing the questions that is
to be asked by the candidates. In organising the game, I find some difficulties.

answers to the question and from various sources it helped in collection of information. I
developed the creative skills which enhanced my way of thinking and ideas. By acquiring this
skill, it helped me framing the questions and builds the game very interesting. I was already
possessing the organising skills as I worked already in the management and have the knowledge
how to organise the things which made easy in organising the game.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that the academic integrity is important for all the
students University along with the employers as well. This report have been discuss the several
academy misconductor with their types and implications. It has been found as necessary for the
students to learn the importance of education in order to developing their career with the good
personality. The scholarsof university is required to stop the copying the ideas and views of other
students. Motivation help the individuals in a developing their own ideas because it leads to the
enhancement of learning and personal development.
