developed by the Don McCabe who is considered as the 'grandfather of academic integrity'.
The academic integrity influences the legislation of educational values through behaviors
such as avoidance of cheating, plagiarism and maintains academic standards, honesty. The
higher academic community and university is built on the shared values and norms of
behavior which defines putting those values into practices in the academic work of university
with honesty, responsibility taken for learning, being fair to others and following conventions
of scholarship (Bowden, J.A. and Green, P.J., 2019). In the report the discussion is divided
into two sections. The section 1 concentrates on the explanation and importance of academic
integrity, implications of academic misconduct in higher education environment. In the
section 2 there is reflective part on the steps taken and difficulties faced in producing game.
Further it also explains skills learned during the process of producing game.

An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity
The academic integrity defines the values in the university studies that underpins
everything when engaging in academic activities by acting fairly and honestly in the
university. In three components the academic integrity practice is divided which are-
teaching, research and service. The term 'integrity' refers to adherence to moral and ethical
principles and quality of a person's character. The purpose of the academic integrity is to
develop knowledge and maximize accuracy and fairness in academic community. To promote
academic integrity the academically dishonest behavior must be avoided such as plagiarism,
fabrication, and falsification. The academic integrity in students, faculty and staff
demonstrates academic lives honesty and moral behavior. The integrity considered as the
academic misconduct and attracts towards penalty if individual fails to compl (Chauhan, P.K.
and et. al., 2018). The academic integrity comprises of six core values- fairness, honesty,
trust, respect, responsibility and courage. The person is restricted from using the ideas of
others on its own name. The colleges, professors and other institutions uses several tools and

Responsibility- The daily actions are acknowledged and there is accountability in the
work. Everyone performs their work with integrity and encourages others to perform or act
their work with integrity too. The entire community is influenced positively and with

person as they believe the act of person will be honestly by doing right thing with consistent
behavior with belief which creates trust and shows as a characteristic of successful leader. It

The education in the present time competition has been become very significant an
there is lot of misuse of academic misconduct at a big scale. To protect the information, I
came with the idea of producing game for academic misconduct so that level of knowledge
towards plagiarism and academic misconduct can be enhanced. The aim of the game was to
enhance the value of understanding towards the academic integrity so the there can be
avoidance of academic misconduct with the respect of the exams conduct and schools’
assignment. For such I first, developed the idea to produce a game which can be easy and
understandable to control the plagiarism. After the lot of research integrity game of card was
developed. While researching I thought to produce the game between the professor and
student. Secondly, I designed the cards towards ethics in which there will be 10 special cards
after gathering the information from doing research and game rules were developed. In the
third step, while designing the cards I framed some questions regarding the academic
misconduct and on the other side of card there will be answer. The questions will be asked by
the professor. In the fourth step, there will be answers given by the students and the game
will be tested. In the last the game development process will be completed and played
between the professor and student.
In framing the game, the difficulties faced by me are-
The first problems I faced while developing the game of integrity was in the selection of the
game. The second in designing of cards I face the problem. In framing the questions that is to
be asked by the candidates. In organising the game, I find some difficulties.

in such a way that students do not find any difficulty. The writing skill of my is improved
while writing the game in the form of grammar, spelling, vocabulary, clarity, etc. which made
