Introduction Academic skills are the skills enabling in knowing the perspectives of education and career (Jo, 2021). Thus, the report will analyze the Section 1 which includes description of academic integrity. Further, skills which are learned in this academic year and those emphasized in producing game is also described in detail. Section 1 An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity Academic integrity is defined as the moral or the ethical practices for the concern of improving the behaviors of individuals. All the honest values in the work are included in the academic integrity which is performed at the University. Integrity is explained as how effectively the good manner are contributed to good academics which helps in knowing moral and values of the individual (Sotiriadou and et.al., 2020).Academic integrity involves the fairness to be the individuals for their learning and scholarship. This further inculcates that it is the responsibility of the University for conducting the fairness in work at large scale. On the contrary, it is the duty of the students to value and follow the policies and regulations of academic integrity at large scale by – Reporting the research which is conducted on fair grounds. Not copying the other individual’s work and making it as their own. The information which is collected should be properly framed and known as from where it is collected at large scale (Morris, 2018). Conducting the research to be ethical on all grounds and taking the scale of how it is being framed at large scale. These are some of the major points of consideration which are being taken into account and how the academic integrity is maintained. This also shows that how academic integrity is showing its importance by the students while they are studying
in University in an appropriate manner. The University by analyzing and observing thestudents'performancethathoweffectivelytheyarepresentingthemselves (Amigud and et.al., 2021).University helps in framing the morals, values and ethics which helps in knowing the positive outlook towards the work is known at large scale through which all research is performed. A discussion of the importance of academic integrity in higher education Academic integrity is very important for idealizing the work of individuals in the university and helping them involve the process through fairness and by being honest and valuing the learning process which enables them to abide by the rules and laws of studying in the University. It also helps in knowing the moral and core values of the students when they enter in the University and seek higher education. Importance of academic integrity in higher education for studentsis concerned by analyzing and evaluating the aspects of individuals gaining trust and honesty etc. Similarly, the students are concerned with the aspect of having and encouraging the aspects of how positively the basis of growth is concerning them for the class environment to be positive and highly advanced which helps them in contributing to their studies (Cojocariu and et.al., 2022).It helps in knowing that how the fairness and values are maintained while studying in the University. Students are the major part of academic integrity at place which helps in knowing the aspects as to how effectively they are able to learn and study in the University. Academic misconduct includes collision, fabrication of data, plagiarism, duplication, bribery (Parnther, 2020).These are some major types of academic misconduct which happens within the University. Various types of implications of academic misconduct which are defined and described at large scale and this helps in knowing the reason behind academic misconduct. The academic misconduct can be due to the reason of purchasing of online sources through which the researches can be completed appropriately. There is lack of knowledge about plagiarism in the work which is being conducted (Mohan, 2019). Encouragement is provided to the students when they do not take concern of work and then copy from the other student which brings plagiarism. There are various consequences which happen due to academic misconduct and this initiates the aspect of how the major and minor consequences which are being taken care of. There are some minor and serious consequences of academic misconduct which brings serious offense to the University and makes the work difficult both for the student and the university. This can be avoided by rectifying by writing the notes by copying from anywhere which creates the problems and issues of losing the morality by the students’ at large scale. These are the major implications of academic misconduct which happens and this is created in knowing the aspect as to how the academic misconduct can be stopped in the Universities at large scale. It is very necessary that the academic misconduct is being known in the University so that corrective actions can be taken.
And this helps in knowing that what are the major changes and modifications which are needed within the system. Section 2 Reflect on the steps you have taken, and difficulties encountered in producing the game for Project 2 The name of the game is Plagiarism Identifier which helps in known he plagiarism in the activities and work conducted by students. This helps in understanding that the students are failing for the problem of grammatical errors and plagiarism. This helps in ensuring that with the help of this game, there will be no academic misconduct. The steps taken in producing the game are - In orders to play the game, participants should log in to the account with the user ID and passwords so that the data security and authenticity is not lost. One option among six is required by the participants to select (de Paula and et.al., 2018). Therearethreesegmentswhicharementionedasplagiarismsegment, academic misconduct segment and academic integrity segment. More than 50 points are to be attained for participants to take part. This game helps in avoiding the misconduct and plagiarism activities which are taken place. There are some major rules which are – that the students cannot quit the game without incurring any feedbacks to improve their performance. And if the students quit then they will not be permitted to submit the assignment which they have done (Roozenbeek and et.al., 2020). There are some questions which are related to the game and modifies each time when the students login to their ID on portal. There are some questions of the game which are described as – Using the work of other and misinterpreting the research is being taken in work.
