Instructions for playing the game
BMP3003 Further Academic Skills
There will be 5 players along with one professor &
one person having knowledge of academic
misconduct. This is a card game which is designed
for such students who wish to gain valuable
insights about academic misconduct & plagiarism.
Aim of game
The game is designed to improve the knowledge of
players (students) regarding plagiarism & issue of
academic misconduct with the help of questions of
game. .
Beginning of game
There will be 10 ethics card to professor with
questions related to academic misconduct &
integrity. Here, questions will be written at one
pare & the another part includes the answers. In
this, each student needs to take three cards which
will represent their answer of questions which are
going to ask during game. One random card will
pick by professor & then professor will read the
question loudly. Here, players are required to
choose one card which they consider the answer of
asked question.

courage. It is vital to follow all these value in an
efficient manner for maintain academic integrity
within educational institutions. It is helpful in
building positive brand image of University among
students and also drives best positive outcomes by
increasing number of Admissions (Bultas and et. al.,
2017). Here, Students and Staff members undertake
creative as well as innovative ideas for betterment of
University. It is crucial for a student as well as
faculty members to obey the academic integrity.

INSTRUCTIONS
In each & every game, there are some rules which need to follow by each & every player. Here some
instructions have been determined for the current game which are mentioned as under:
All the players need to remain quiet during game. They are not allowed to talk, share thoughts
with each other. They need to keep their cards in such a way that the other players( students)
cannot get their answer.
Participants need to play the game with utmost integrity. They do not attempt any kind of cheating
& inappropriate practice during game. If, any player will found to get involved in any
inappropriate practice then he/ she will terminate from the game with immediate effect.
All the players will first reveal their cards to professor & then professor will take the last decision
about winner. They are not allowed to discuss the answer with each other.
Decision taken by the professor will be the end decision which need to obey by each & every
participant.

Educational institute. Here, brand image of an education Institute is important for acknowledgment of their degree. Further, academic
integrity maintains positive reputation of University at market place and also significantly contributes in societal well being. For this
purpose, practices of academic integrity need to follow by both students & faculty members. Students are supposed to behave in ethical
manner. They need to interact with faculties as well as fellow students and also ask questions where they find difficulties. For teachers, they
are required to follow suitable practices and also need to provide best possible solutions to students. Therefore, academic integrity is vital
for growth and development of students as well as it also ensures wellbeing of society at large (Tsai and Tsai, 2018).
Academic integrity is crucial which enable students as well as teacher to build new ideas, creativity as well as knowledge while respecting
the work of others. As per the academic integrity, it is not good practice to take the credit of someone’s other work. When one uses, the work
of some other author without giving necessary credit to respective author, it is known as the plagiarism which is against of academic
integrity.

Skills used to produce the game
I got creative as well as innovative skills that will assist me in term of getting better career growth opportunities in future
period of time. I used to carry out brain storming activities in order bring creativity in game. So, students participate in
higher number in game with great zeal & enthusiasm. However, I faced several difficulties during development of game.
These are related with funds, resources and other aspects. I deal with all these difficulties in efficient manner with the help
of strong problem solving approach. With this, I will be able to face with future problem and constraint that will come in
my career path in best possible way. In game development, time management skills also play a crucial role as there is a
complete team of individuals who work together to combine the small pieces and develop the complete game. So, game
developer needs to schedule the activities in such a manner that they can use available time in an efficient manner. While
developing the game, I worked in a team where we have to meet with predefined deadlines in scheduled time that helped
me to develop strong time management skills..
