INTRODUCTION
The present repost is based upon understating and evaluating several skills that a
student learns and develops during his academic career so that can apply effectively in future
professional or social culture. The skills such as Communication, Managerial and
Technological skill in order to handle data effectively are mentioned along with a reflective
essay for the same.

Reflective Essay
From the above listed skills I came to know about my potential and strong areas with
help of which I can perform better in my future career along with an idea of my weak areas
that I am required to improve so to have best job in near future. It is very necessary to have
above mentioned skills at university level so that can apply them in effective manner. Each
skill can be developed more through regular implementation and practice by keeping a
review time in mind. The above mentioned skills can be achieved by setting a SMART goal
having next step, time period and other requirements in consideration. Developing skills at
academic level is very helpful as this allows having practical application along with
theoretical knowledge from Teachers.
CONCLUSION
From the above reflection it can be concluded that presence of certain skills is very
necessary to have in order to make a better career with success. Technical, managerial and
communication skills are very essential to learn and develop at university level so that can get
enough time to enhance them.
