Weaknesses:
•Time-management: It is found as my weakness as I am not
able to manage my work on time which leads to miss deadlines
and negatively affect my grading in the institution.
•Managing too much information: Other weakness that I
have identified within me is that I am not able to manage
information effectively and due to which I got confused and
impact my learning as well.

Strengths:
•Fast in learning: With the help of SWOT framework, it
has been assessed by me is that I am good at learning and
acquiring new knowledge or concept in the education
institution. Learning fast helps me in understanding the
information or knowledge that have been delivered by the
teachers.
•Always like to learn new things: Other thing that I have
found within me is that I am adaptable to learn new things
which will further help me to grow and develop as a
whole person. I am always curious to learn new things
from my classmates, teachers or even through online
videos.

through whom I can learn several new knowledge and concept which helps
me to develop professionally and personally. As they have good knowledge,
it will help me in evolving and earning good grades as well.

These strategies helps the student to make effective
learning process to pay attention to the vital
information. The reading strategies categories the
content and information in summarise form to make it
more representable and concise.
