Introduction Personal development refers to the act of looking inward in order to achieve a purpose or result specially into the context of pursuit of clarity, passion and purpose in life. Personal development is bigger than the career development or development at self-level. Personal development is very important from the personal and professional point of views so its very necessary to make a proper plan so that results can be achieved within a set period of time. Personal development basically support in terms of defining the personal vision and life goals in a clearer manner. When targets have been set for themselves then it becomes easier to make a proper plan and also work towards those objectives as well. There are basically five areas of personal development which includesmental, social, emotional, spiritual and physicallevel as well. The present report will cover discussion about team contract, communication, team skill audit and roles and responsibilities as well. Team Contract Define team contract: Team contract basically refers to the agreement between the individual and team mates about in which manner team will operate and basically a set of conventions that has been planned into effective manner (Santos and et.al., 2018). Team contract basically includes certain parameters such as group members names, contact information, expectations regarding preparation for, assignment of particular tasks, roles and responsibilities along with due dates. Its importance: Team contracts are important because it help team member to work in a collaborative manner so that they can truly honors each other and return to a sense of aligned purpose when team has experienced the challenges of working on any project. Its uses: Team contract has been used which is used to define the expectations of group and forces people to be explicit about their assumptions. Due to covid 19 and different dynamics among the team members such as work, child care, travel etc, the team agreed to utilize online meeting platforms so as to accommodate everyone The team meetings will be conducted online via Teams, In this pandemic situation, at the organizational level it is very difficult to conduct team meetings into result oriented manner. According to technological changes and launch of new apps lead towards the positive development of an organization. So with support of video conferences, video calls and with support of Zoom apps, the meetings have been conducted into successful manner(Holtbrügge and et.al., 2015).These meeting can be conducted on the frequent basis and for any period of time. There is not any requirement of time bar which is required within these video calls. These video calls can be run for longer period of time with proper back up of charging, internet connectivity as well.These meetings have been conducted on the online basis and can easily be conducted while sitting at home without any kind of disruption. 4
