Alcoholic drink is determined as drink which contain recreational drug ethanol

other source of sugar. Moreover consumption of the alcohol drink plays an
essential social role in several culture. It is mainly considered as the ingredient
which is present in beer, spirits and wine which leads to drunkenness among the
people. In addition to this there are several risks that are associated with high

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture some people drink similar to the
Australian which is considered as level of drink at the dangerous level which
leads to condition in which it is person need to go hospital due to diseases
related to consumption of alcohol such as liver disease, blood pressure and many

Changes to the healthcare workforce that will make it more culturally appropriate and
accessible in respect of alcohol consumption risk
In current time it is essential that every company develop as well as maintain proper
diverse culture because that will motivates as well as encourage them to conduct their
work in effective manner which leads to enhancement in productivity as well as
profitability. Moreover, in different culture there are different perspective due to which
sometime it crease conflict or in appropriate situation at the workplace (Lima, Sims and
O'Donnell, 2020). This may also leads to issues in implementing healthcare rules and
regulation in order to develop and maintain more culturally appropriate as well as

normal to consume alcoholic drinks on regular basis but there are some culture in that
people consume alcohol on special occasion. On the other hand, there are some culture
in which people not consume alcohol as they considered it inappropriate according to
their culture perspective. So it is essential for a company to considered the consumption
ratio of alcohol according to the culture as that will help them in developing effective
decision in respect of healthcare workforce. It is so because if a company totally based
their workforce decision according to culture of consuming alcohol on regular basis then
the people who not consume it will make issues because they considered it inappropriate
(Pocock and et.al., 2020). In addition to this, when staffs drink alcohol on continuous
basis then it may leads to situation of conflict which impact on the productivity,
environment and many other aspects of firm. On the other hand, if a management
develop rules in which on alcohol will consume at the workplace in any situation then
people who belong from the community in which drinking alcohol is normal will create
issues. This is so because they want to consume it in special occasion such as office
party, celebration of occasion and many more. So it is essential for the management to
develop healthcare workforce in which their will be proper rules, regulations and policies
for the consumption of alcohol (Reilly and et.al., 2020). This will help them in maintaining
the cultural appropriate and accessible in effective as well as appropriate manner. Along
with this, there are several rules, regulations and aspects which are necessary to adopt
changes to the healthcare workforce that will make it more culturally appropriate and
accessible. Like firm may conduct alcohol educational programmes in order aware
people about the advantages as well as disadvantages of the alcohol consumption.

different perspective in respect to the consumption of alcohol and according to which
it is essential for the management to develop strategies. Moreover, they also need to
considered that the culture wise alcohol consumption habit so that they can develop
effective strategies and plans in proper way. It is so because different community has
different perspective of consumption of alcohol such as there are several community
in which people take alcohol on regular basis whereas there are some community in
that consumption of alcohol is not right. Along with this there are numbers of risk
