For a successful professional career, it is necessary to achieve success in academic
journey because academic knowledge and skills assist students to make constructive decision in
their professional life. The concentration of this project work is on professional and personal
improvement. The obstructions of business management study and professional practice success
are involved in this project work along with the importance of professional and academic
knowledge and skill improvement. SWOT analysis of personal to recognise vital skills that
requires to be developed is included in this project work. Elaborate actions which will assist skill
improvement in the recognised weak area are defined in this presentation (Rebele, and Pierre,

Business management is a profitable institutional field as there is more scope to research
