Having a successful professional career is important for
succeeding in life, the education guides the students and even
helps in making decisions for their professional life. Academic
knowledge saves the students from getting in any kind of trouble
do to having wrong information about the subject. An individual
should have professional skills to excel in the area of their interest
and even in the organisation they are working. Professional skills
helps the person to stand out among the other employees, as the
knowledge about the topic and skills make the person more
confident and work in the organisation

Time management In order to develop this skill within me, I start setting up the
small goals on daily basis and try to achieve them within the set
time limit. The achievements of these goals on time helps in
the development of time management skill.

member and my subordinates.

Collaborative skills To develop this skill, I start taking participation in the group task
within the school. This helps me out in understanding the
perspective of my team members.

Summary
In the above presentation it is concluded that the students have to start working on both of the
academic and professional skill development to achieve their set goals as soon as possible. There are
some important academic skills like research skills, time management skills and analytical thinking
skills.
