Importance of real academic skills development
• Academic development is defined as the personal
management which is a dynamic process of reviewing one's
life objectives and ideals and developing one's talents and
attributes in order to realise one's full potential.
• It also includes activities that build an individual's talents
and potential, form human capital, promote career
opportunities and improve living quality, as well as the
realisation of hopes and aspirations.

Explain the significance of effective professional skills development
Professional skill development is defined as all the process of training and education which allows the learners to
be better in their profession. It is well known now a days that the leaners are required to be more smart in order to
compete with others students.
The learners can master various skills by career development to become stronger, better efficient in both personal
and professional lives. It allows to open up new ways and opportunities and allows the learners to be more
confident by updating and modifying themselves.
Due to which the learners will be able to attract success in the long term.

Identifiy one skill–in personal SWOT analysis
• While working to improve my own learning and growth, I discovered that my career route had
various hurdles.
• Furthermore, communication gaps are a critical concern since my communication skills are
ineffective, which has an impact on my career.
• Another factor is a lesser degree of performance while executing on various businesses.

Proper example of actions used to develop skills,
identified as weakness in SWOT analysis
• Personal development is an essential process in which the goals of the life will be attained with the
help of skills. The learners are required to increase their personal development skills throughout
time in order to better themselves and achieve their goals.
• There are various preventive measures which can be taken to enhance the skills such as most
importantly the students are advised to get rid of the fear as it can be a main hurdle in their growth.
One can also take the help of their teachers and seniors to attempt the new things with the aim of
achieving and learning more.

Summary
According to the aforesaid assessment, personal and professional growth is critical. It includes actions that
improve an individual's talents and potential, forming human capital, facilitating career opportunities and
improving living quality, as well as realizing hopes and aspirations. Furthermore, it aids individuals in
