INTRODUCTION
• Academic and professional skills plays a
very significant role in a student's life.
• It enables a student to be successful and
progressive in their chosen career.
• It requires a person to reflect and
meditate on the areas in which they think
they can grow and evolve, and by
developing such areas will help in
creating several opportunities to grow in
their individual and professional life.

CHALLENGES OF STUDYING
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
• The decision of pursuing business
management can be daunting and
exciting at the same time.
• One will be entering a world of numerous
opportunities, while, they will also have
to overcome challenges that they never
knew would come along in the way.
• Selecting the right career path can deliver
many benefits such as ready job market,
high-income potential and much more.
• Nonetheless, students have to face many
issues or challenges in business college or
school.

• Adjusting to new surroundings: Many
of the scholars have to move when
attending business school, relying on the
program they opt. A lot of learners may
like to selecting locations a little far from
their home-town and sometimes even
cross the countries.
• Expenses: Business learners have to deal
with lot of expenditures. Even though the
load of student are approved to a majority
and some of them obtain scholarships,
there are additional individual expenses
to regard.

• Being open to learning new things:
Learners who opt for management
courses, generally have at least two years
of work experience. Coming from the
surrounding where they identify what to
do to a surrounding where they require to
learn from peers, faculty members, can
be quite challenging.

significant for the learners as it assists them
optimally arrange their business school

time.

For example, it is not enough to just the read a
book or article, one requires to comprehend the
message, assess the subject and place the

myself by developing
leadership skills. Having a
good leadership skill will help
me to effectively lead and
supervise my followers and
manage the team work on time
and in the productive way.
Public speaking is one of my
major threats as I got
nervousness and anxiety while
standing in front of big
audience. I am not effectively
argue my thoughts with others
and being a business student, it
is necessary to speak publicly
and confidently in order to get
convince other people.

CONCLUSION
• From the above presentation, the conclusion is that an individual should
possesses both academic and professional skills in order to get career
opportunities and to grow in the respective career path.
• Studying business management leads career towards higher growth
opportunities, better income, ready job market and much more.
• Simultaneously, it also leads student towards challenges that he or she might
face while studying business courses. It may be adjustment of new
environment, expenses much more. Academic skills can be time-management
skills, reading comprehension and so on.
• Developing all such areas helps a person to lead in an academic setting. On the
other professional skills involves creativity, leadership skills and so. This may
lead a person to grow in career and in the professional circumstances.
