 Development of professional and academic skills is
important for a person as it make them capabilities of ding
a work effectively and provide various opportunities in
life.
 It helps a person to complete a work effectively and
develop career in their desire field.

Challenges of studying business
management
 Adjustment to new surrounding: In order to learn business management,
students sometimes move to another place they choose to study. When a
students move to new city, they need to encounter new environment, new
culture, new people.
 Connecting with new people: For study in colleges or university, student
needs familiar environment and friends as it makes their life easier. It is
important for students to active in social lives with their family and friends.

 Scheduling: Scheduling also create challenge for students while
studying business management as sometimes there are many classes
in a day and each professor assign some assignments.
 Learning to work in team: It is another challenge in study of
business management as there are various assignments are assigned

important for students to be dedicated towards

Academic skills refer to collection of habits of study, time
management tool as well as learning strategies which helps a
student to learn as well as absorb knowledge effectively. These
skills are important for various reason which are mentioned

a team. It does not allow individual to work with another
person and allow to work alone.
 Poor time management skills as academic skills require
time management which helps them to schedule all
activities to be done by a person in a day.
Opportunity Threat
 Provide opportunity to find a better jobs on basis of
communication as it is an essential skill required in any
job.
 Receiving of prise on basis of efforts, enthusiasm and
dedication.
 It creates threat for survival of a person in an organisation
as in order work, a person needs to work in a team.
 It does not allow individual to complete work on time and
create work related stress on them due to shortage of time
management skill.

Importance of team working skills
It is important for various reason which are as follows:
 It provides new and innovative ideas as all members are involved in
decision making process.
 It improves efficiency of work as there are various members work together.
 It improves quality of work of a person for project as it there are
collaborative efforts made by different person for completion of work.

development of this skills
For development and enhancement of team working skills
various action to be taken by a person which are mentioned
below:
 It is important for a person to understand goals and
should be responsible towards attainment of goals.
 Leader of team needs to clarify team role of each person
which helps them for avoiding confusion.
