opportunities and abilities that are used within an
organisation and facilitate an individual in performing
different tasks within the workplace. It includes hard as
well as soft skills which permit a person in achieving
goals and objectives of a business (David and et.al., 2018).

subject which requires key efforts by a student. In the academic
life, it is important for a student to develop knowledge of
business management in order to lead the competition (Faber,
