•An individual must have to possess the academic skills as well as the professional skills because it is the
most important skills which need to be maintained in each individual.
•Academic skills may assist the individuals to increase or enhance the productivity skills or creativity skills
along with that help them to set some target goals and work on it whereas professional skills may lead an
individual to more career oriented which assist them to be more practical or technical at the workplace.
• The project reports describe some challenges which is faced by the student while business management
studying. The project report also describes the importance of professional skills as well as the academic
skills. Apart from this, the project report describes personal SWOT analysis.

This analysis is done to get to know about self-such as
weakness, strength, opportunities as well as threat.
This technique helps to keep self-motivated in order to
achieve goals or objectives.
Hence, personal SWOT analysis is done in order to
identified the strength or opportunities and learn to manage
weakness or threat

I am creative or productive. I can do various task at a time
in effective way. Along with that, I can do task in specified
time and can able to solve the problem within an efficient
time.
WEKNESS
Problem related to maths, make me nervous as I face difficulty
in solving the problem which are related to maths.
OPPORTUNITIES
There are many courses are available in the market on online
platform. Which can enhance my skills or knowledge related to
digital marketing as I had done my graduation in digital
marketing. Hence, taking online course can help me in boosting
my knowledge as well as lead me to be more effective or
efficient.
THREATS
Increasing competition can make difficulty to secure good position
at the workplace which make a huge impact on my performance.

CONCLUSION
From the above project report, it is concluded that the student face so many difficulties while studying
the business management along with maintaining professional life. The challenge may be work life
balance, team work, expenses, interaction with new people along with new environment. The above
discussed project report also concluded that having good academic skills and professional skills are
guide the student to develop confidence, self-esteem and competence. Hence, project report concludes
some important point of academic skills development and professional skills development. Apart from
