One skill that is particularly important, but I am weak at: Verbal communication skill is important I
am weak at sharing my point of view ins front of professors because I got nervous. Also, I afraid of public
speaking that affect my grades in the group discussion. On the basis of SWOT analysis it has been identified
that it is necessary to focus on the weakness and use the strategies which are helps to overcome it.

practices. Some of the challenges are adjust in new environment,
language issue that can be faced by students. Also, the effectiveness
of academic development skill and professional skills. Further, identify
the weakness that is belongs to verbal communication and provided
personal development plan which are helps to identify the weakness
in SWOT analysis.
