Introduction
Academic and professional skill is considered with
those types of skills which is utilized by each
students at the time of their study in university or
colleges. Due to the effective use of various types of
academic and professional skills every students are
able to secure and grooming their career growth
effectively.

The importance of effective professional skills development
• Increasing growth opportunities – It refer to
with help of achieving lots of knowledge about
new things opportunities are increased for
students in aspect of getting decent job with
high package etc. Due to updating the
knowledge the career and future growth of
students are highly secured for long time

• Expansion of knowledge – It is basically a
process where variety of information’s are
adapted or received by students with help of
utilizing learning habit effectively. With help
of expanding the knowledge students are able
clear their concept in effective manner for long
time.

• Enhancing earning potentials – Due to
proper utilization of various types of skills,
students are able to sustain their positive image
within educational institute for long time. The
main purpose for increasing the reputation and
earning potential for these type of institute is to
enhance the awareness of their new courses
between others.

According to me one of the important skill is problem solving ability but problem is that in this
skill I am weak. Due to this weakness I am not able to provide effective and strong solutions to my
team members in time.
