It is very important to understand the academic and professional skills for an individual in
order to be effective and efficient. It is been observed that the university is defined as the
institute which has a purpose of educating people and also provides various facilities for resesach
and teaching and the people can get a authorized degree. It is very important to know the
difference of university form a college because it has different perspectives in the higher
education. The academic professional is defined as the various norms and ways in which the
education has its own importance and for the development of the career of an individual. The
University is the broader and the large curriculum as compared to the other professional degree
in addition to the undergraduate degree. The main aim of the Universities is to guardian of the
reason, philosophical and inquiry openness, preserving a pure inquiry form the dominant public
opinions. It is very important for the Universities to follow the certain rule and regulations in
order o graduate people by the various academic skills. The establishment of the university
includes the various aspect in order to be an effective and the repudiated university within the
other competitors. It is very important for the University to include the various stakeholders
such as staff members, students, committee groups, industry alumni and professions and also the

students who will join the institute in order to develop their career by learning and developing
knowledge , skills in order to get a professional degree from the university. The education is
considered the most important aspect for the individual. This can impact in the life of individual
as they seek for getting high marks in the academics which can create a mental pressure on the
students and affect their mental and physical health. This can also create anxiety problem in an
individual because there are certain tasks to do activities which need to be completed on time by
the students. This is the matter of concern for the University to create a environment in which
students learn they do not face any such problems. It is very important for the institution to create
a mind free schedule for the students with having a new techniques of learning adopted.

The accommodation for the students within the University plays a major role in the

attend the classes can create problem for the other students as well. It is very important for the

The carbon footprint is defined as the total amount of greenhouse gases which is been
produced by the organization while generating the organization and various activities. It is very
important for the Universities to take part in the sustainable development. As if the
establishment of the university itself is taking initiative for the social welfare where the
University focus on guiding the students in order to develop their career. It is very important for
the management to take care if the various social responsibilities activities in order to attract
customers. As it is identified that at the time of the construction of the building there is various
impact over the society which need to taken care by the management. As the university is been
establishing in the large city which will impact in the carbon footprint which need to be
addressed in order to eliminate the external factors which can impact they society. If an
university open in a large city them it impact the carbon footprint as it extract the natural
resources to build material itself, causes environmental degradation, consume energy and also
contribute to the global warming.(Lin, H.K., 2018)
Opportunities for the sustainable building and design
There are various opportunities for the University and the project which is taken into
consideration for developing a design which is sustainable. The most important for the
organization is to include a garden which can help in sustainable and proving greenery within the
campus. This may also include the fresh flowers which will enhance the positive vibes within the
campus and this will create positivist within the organization. (Loureiro, and Silva,2019).

It is observed that the construction work of the establishing the University can
significantly impact the environment. As it can also contribute in the changes within the
environment damage on the both locals and global scale. It is very important for the organisation
to understand the damage which is caused by constructing a building within the environment. As
the burning of the fossils can impact the land and the various external factors. It is identified that
the construction of the building the university can impact in gas emission of methane, carbon

global warming. The most harmful aspect which can be affected for construction of the

authorities. It is very important to consider the external factors. For completing the project. The

producing the harmful gasses which can impact in the environment and lead to changes in the

University in the large city which can impact on the various demographics in a different way. As
it is observed that the education is the basic need to the development for an individual which is
required in every society. This also helps in the social development. Therefore, it is identified
