INTRODUCTIONE-cigarette is a device which is formed like a cigarette. It include nicotine liquid which isbreathed in as vapour rather than smoke. It is an abbreviation for “Electronic Cigarette”. It is ahandhold steamer which administer breathe in nicotine and used to imitate the consequences ofsmoking. It is a liquid based vaporised which is use for reproducing the experience of smokingtobacco. It is device which is operated by battery which contain different types of chemicals likeglycerol, propylene or glycol. It is worked by heating system a liquifiable to create aerosolcontainer which is known as steam (Abrams, 2014). It is not safe for health and make adverseimpact on health of a person. But on the other hand, it make no serious negative effect on healthinclude mouth, coughing, vomiting etc. It was invented in 2003 by Hon Lik who is a Chinesepharmacist. E-cigarette is a cartridge which holds a liquid juice with containing different quantityof nicotine, chemicals and flavourings. JUUL is a type of private company which was founded inJuly 2017. its headquarter is located in California, US. Its make electronic cigarette and servetheir products in US and Canada. E-cigarette damage lungs, brain and heart it also developtumour. It make adverse impact on life of a person.Body paragraph 1:Argument 1: E-cigarette vapour is healthy more then second hand tobacco smoke cigarettes. Counter argument 1:E-cigarette is beneficial because it contains organic of volatile compounds such astoluene, benzene, carbon compounds, tobacco special carcinogens, heavy metals such as arsenicand nickel and also acrolein and formaldehyde. These chemicals are less then tobacco smoke.JUUL company provide these e-cigarettes in various style and design because it is less harmfulaccording to tobacco smoke(Yu and et. al., 2016) . These vapours are a new source of fineparticles and ultra-fine in the environment which is exposed by public. E-cigarettes are probableto be less noxious than conventional cigarettes. In this include lower levels and fewer numbers oftoxic component rather then tobacco cigarette. Rebuttal 1: E-cigarettealso harmful for the human body as compare to the tobacco cigarettes.
