a)Own strengths and weaknesses
Strengths:
 I am good at communicating with other people. I can communicate with others without
any hesitation. This will help me in career growth and progress.
 My optimistic nature is my biggest strength as it allows me to face difficult circumstances
in life. I am able to face difficulties without any fear.
 I am confident person. Due to this, I can easily gain success in my life. I do not hesitate in
facing different situations rather I face the situations with courage and confidence.
 My research skills are up to the mark which makes me enable in order to drive
authenticity in research work. I am good at collecting the information in order to make
meaningful inferences for future growth.
 I can easily summarize the lengthy information and data. This helps me in preparing short
and clear notes during classroom session. Here, I can use such notes to recall the concept
in future period of time.
 I am good at notes making which will help in writing the information in summarized
way. This will allow me to score better in the examination.
Weaknesses:
 My leadership skills are not up to the mark. I am afraid from leading the members. This
affects my growth and development opportunities in significant manner.
 I can easily trust on strangers which sometimes can prove harmful for me. I have been
faced several situations where I trusted on people and they betrayed with me. I am
working to improve such weakness.
 In academics, paraphrasing is highly important. However, paraphrasing is one of my
major weaknesses. I cannot paraphrased the content efficiently that also affect my
performance in classroom.
 My time management skills are not good. I used to fail in managing time in a proper way.
Due to this, I cannot prepare proper schedule for my studies that also affect my
performance at classroom.
