Define the concept of personal and professional development. The concept of personal development plan is defined as continuous process of creating an action plan which is based on awareness, values, reflection, goal setting and planning for the purpose of increasing performance. This is important for individual to analyse the skills and talent which can be uses to develop a business and maintain the higher productivity. In other words, personal development plan is a written account of reflection and improvement that gives detailsof planwhichusestofillacademic,career,and personal goalsin thechanging environment. 2. Describe and discuss the value of short term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples. For every person and individual it is important to set their short and long term goals that can help to analyse the personal skills and manage the workings effectively. Short term goals uses to minimise procrastination as it goes to cleared and defined path for the purpose of getting success. This focus not only helps to motivate the workings but also this develop the productivity by of a person to decide the short term plan.
