INTRODUCTION Students are always expecting lots of services from their respective university or college, in which upper management of college and university fully responsible for fulfilling these expectations on time. When the college has offered different services and facilities to own students, then students will be felt valued by their college administration (Service and Thornton, 2020). So, support services are really play very effective role in the university. A very productive reflection on different support services Waltham International College of has been included below with the literature review on academic skills. MAIN BODY Portfolio There are my college Waltham International College has offered many support services to all students. For example; reception, attendance, information technology, issuing & paying agents, and student, finance application and help desk etc. are some of major support services at the college. Currently me, my colleagues and many other students highly need these all services for completing an academic session with productive way. Currently most of colleges and universities in the United Kingdom has also focused on proving different support services to own students. Every student union mostly demands from administration of own college and university for achieving various support services in the campus. Currently me and colleagues has fully satisfied with WIC’s different support services, but some of services still need to be improved by the management or administration of college. mostly me and colleagues has taken various productive steps for informing upper management at WIC about poor services (Ovseiko and et.al., 2019). Basically, in this information, student union always tries to aware the administration about support services which still needs to be improved. Me and peers think that, it is a key responsibility of students for informing their college administration about what type of developments are required within university or college campus. Basically, I am a very active and highly motivated student of WIC, so when put my huge efforts for working in the welfare of all students in the college campus.
In all support services of Waltham International College, the reception, information technology (IT) and help desk support services are very appropriate as well as excellent. I am not saying that that rest support services are not good. I am saying that all services of college are good but these services that I have mentioned above are very excellent. Nowadays, when students go to the reception counter for completing their respective task, in which students can simply get quick response from reception counter. The reception services really productive in WIC. Me, colleagues and many other students, all appreciates existing services of reception at college. On the other hand, I think administration and upper management of college also need to appreciate staff of reception counter. Many times, parents of students also have appreciated staff ofreceptioncounterwhentheyvisitedWalthamInternationalCollege(Jacobson,2018). According to my knowledge, if reception service will be more developed their methods of serving, then different students can get more impressed by reception service within college. On the basis of these all factors, existing reception service is playing an excellent role in university or college. According to own experience, IT service at the campus of WIC is also very appropriate, because IT manager is very energetic and enthusiastic in its existing job role. IT manager mostly tries to employ new technological equipment and gadgets in own daily activities, because mind- set of information technology manager is that, everyone will be able for completing its each activity in very fast way, when students have some advance technology in college. This is the main reason that IT service of WIC is very appropriate. Students at college currently very happy with existing support service, so there is no any improvement has required in IT service of the college, because existing manager of information technology department always tries to make it’s all services up-to-date. Nowadays me, my colleagues and students of union no has any complaints about support service of information technology (Lazaroiu, Popescu and Nica, 2016). Sometimes we have faced some errors while using this service, however just because of different external factors like; when the internet provider has not offered quality service, so in this case this is not the mistake of information technology management of college. IT manager at our college always resolves different issues of its department, and that why any student can simply access IT service in college campus.

There are few of support services still have to be some more improved. For example; finance application service of students, because sometimes students have faced many difficulties from this service.I have recently listened one issue in the campus that, once a student of WIC has gone for competing its work based on finance application. But exiting management of finance application was not given the quick response to that student, and that’s why I am saying that the development is mandatory in finance application support service. On the basis of my previous experiences, this service highly needs to be developed, because many of students at college necessarily requires this service in systematic way. Nowadays, my colleagues and many other students simply able for accessing these support services. These students have full right for using all support services within university or college. This thing has already mentioned in the policies of WIC that, students of college has right for using all support service in the campus (Rabinovich, Berthon and Fedorenko, 2017). The administration and upper management of Waltham International College has putted their excellent efforts for offering these all support services to all existing and new students. Currently I just want to say one thing that, present support services of college are appropriate, but if the management of WIC take few steps towards more developing these all support services, then colleagues and student union will be able for taking more benefits from all these services within campus. Literature review As per the views ofKirch and et.al., (2019) support services cater by the university create a huge impact on the overall growth and development of the personality of students of the college. Personality development is one of the key topic associated with the students and curriculum of the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College. This topic is wide and creates a huge involvement in the overall academic and professional growth of university students. Personality development is a practice involves developing and growing the overall personality of the students at the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College. Universityinvolvedinvariouscampaignslikefreeeducation,poortyremovalinwhich university allocate resources to the poor people or low income group people to improve the life style of such peoples and other such respective services. University motivate students to take participation in all different campaigns university hold. The participation of students make the
campaign more successful and effective in favour of the university. Social services play the significant role in the overall growth and development of society especially the weaker section of the society.Vasiljeva and et.al., (2019) stated that personality development is a critical topic that needed to address by the university in order to improve the career expectancy of the students. The University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College have been engaged in various events that aimed to create some kind of social change to improve the capability and potential of the student. Author has suggested that these types of events and activities university conduct create positive impact and influence on the overall goodwill and brand value of university. More students and stakeholders want to be a part of the university operations. These types of events are the best possible ways and approach to achieve these objectives behind the functional activities of the university. Social change is also a key aspect that needed to address by the university. Social activities allow and support the university in delivering the respective social change in favour of the society growth. Author has supported the operations undertaken by the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College in delivering the respective social change. This would make the entire society better place to live and grow. Its essential for the society to support its weaker section of the society that significantly improve the overall growth of the country.Theseactivitiesuniversityundertakepotentialsupporttheoverallgrowthand improvement of the society. As per the opinions projected byMpaata, (2017) it has criticised the involvement of studentsinsocialactivitiesundertakenbytheUniversityofLeedsTrinity/Waltham International College. AAuthor has stated that social activities is important for the overall growth and development of society but university must keep all these social causes on its own. They should not include students in performing all these various social causes and activities. The University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College involve all its student and on the basis of the willingness of the student university include all its students who like participate in the respective activities. This also waste the time of students and distract them in doing their academic studios. These activities are time consuming and require plenty of efforts of students in performing all these actions. Due to the time consumptions nature of the activities author has significantly criticised the student involve and participation in all these actions. Author has projected in its studios that in the academic year’s students must give emphasis to their studios only not focusing over other operations undertaken by the university this would improve the
academic knowledge of such students and make them more significant in the overall carer growth. As illustrated by theTananchai, (2017) involve of students in the support services grow the overall personality of such students. The involvement of the student in the support services makes their personality more effective and fruitful. This provide so many advantages to the employees. They get to develop the overall personality of the students. Participation of students in the support services get to develop different skills like communication skill, presentation skill, written skill, interaction skill, research skill, observation skill, reflection skill and many such skills. All the skills students get to learn support them in achieving the overall objectives behind the professional career of such students. Author has supported the participation of students in all different social activities as it improve the overall personality of the individual. Skills play the significant role in the overall growth of the personality of the individual. All different skills students get to learn with the support of different support services create positive impact over the confidence of such students.Petersdotter, Niehoff and Freund, (2017)has reflected in its studios over the personality development as in the professional career the overall personality of the student matters the most even more than the academic performance of the student. Many times companies prefer the student that contains the attractive and diversified personality rather than recruiting the student that contain only good academic marks. In the professional life this personality of student is a key tool or a driver that contribute in the overall growth of such students.Theimprovementofthepersonalityofstudentmakesthemtheassetforthe organisation they work. In the studios of the author over personality development topic of student it has precisely defined that extra curriculum activities is the only way to develop the skills and capabilities of the students in university. The extra curriculum activities make them capable of taking decisions that can support the overall growth and development of such students in the professional life. Support services are the services and operations performed by the university in order to spread positive vibes in the society. This involve operating various activities that can support some kind of social cause at a direct level.Miltoand Annaraja, (2020) has reflected in its studios over the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College in respect to the support services undertaken by the university it operate various kinds of support services like

free education, fund raising event and other such types of events. All these activities and events also provide change and opportunity to students of university to take participate in the respective events and activities. All these activities make the student capable of doing more effective functional activities. All these activities that make the student more capable of performing the different functional activities. In the professional career work efficiencies and productivity of the students. If the student get along with other activities associated with the college this create more positive impact over the efficiencies and capabilities of students. As per the view ofKaras, (2019) involvement of the students in the support services significantly improves the confidence level of student. The study of author supports the involvement of students in the support services. The activities allow the students to understand the practicality of the working practices undertaken by the students. Extra curriculum activities undertaken at the college make the student more capable as it give more exposure to the students about the practical working conditions. On the ground level how different functions are performed all students get to experience this exposure. It develops the skill and overall personality of the students. They get to manage all the operations which allow them to learn the time management, work management, resource management and keep the eye over all the different functional activities of the college. Its significant for the student to learn all these aspect in order to grow and develop the overall personality of the respective students. As illustrated by theYudhawati, (2019) personality development is a critical topic associated with the students of the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College. Its not an easy to approach all students in personality development. It requires plenty of resources of the college to grow and develop the personality of students. College need to introduce different personality development campaign and program that can support the college in growing the students on the basis of the current trends and requirements of different professional career. Author has criticised that involvement of students in the support services is not the best way to grow and develop the overall personality of the students. University do not get to control the campaign of personality development of students which diminish the overall significance of the efforts to improve and develop the overall personality of the students at the University of Leeds Trinity / Waltham International College.
CONCLUSION It can be concluded that the IT, help desk and reception services are very appropriate as well as excellent at the Waltham International College. On the other hand, few support services a college are still needs to be developed. Nowadays, many students have not satisfied with finance application support service, in which administration at college need to take few productive decisions for developing this support service. However, most other services of college are very excellent and too productive for all students.
