Introduction A personal development plan can be referred to a tool or a technique which is helping in developing various skills and also improving knowledge of individuals professionally as well as personally (Osgerby, Marriott and Gee, 2018). The below mentioned report contains personal development plan which consist of a different factors and skills required to be developed by an individual. These are divided into short-term, middle term as well as long-term period in which the plan will be achieved. It is connecting with the development requirement of individual or a group. The concept is related to personal as well as professional growth with support but the needs in an individual. Discuss the value of medium-term goals and identify three personal examples There are a number of skills required to be attained by individuals and organisation which require 6 months to 18 months to achieve. These are said to be medium term goals. Some of such medium term goals are mentioned below: It is necessary for me to make sure that I am completing my graduation and looking for a job which will be suitable for all my skills and qualities. It is also necessary to enhance my working skills in order to make sure that I can successfully compete in the competition while looking for a job(Mayer and et. al., 2019). There are a number of individuals who are more talented and more fit for the job and I will need to be better than them. In order to grow in career it is necessary to make sure that I look for global opportunities available. We are of number of people use medium-term goals in order to increase skills regarding their career which might affect their future employability plans. Discuss the value of long-term goals and identify three personal examples Long-term goals consist of different short-term as well as medium-term goals. Below mentioned are some examples of long-term goals It is necessary to make sure that one is achieving promotion for which they require to work hard. Developing accuracy is required by individuals in order to attain specific roles in their jobs. It is necessary to enhance their roles through development of various skills. Being an expert in the field there working can also be a long-term goal as it is required by individuals to work continuously on the skills and activities to achieve this objective. Explain the value of personal development plan Personal development plan is an important concept which helps in determining specific time period along with specific ways in which an individual can achieve all their goals and objectives. The traditional concept of personal development plan faced various issues due to conflict between personal and professional goals (Mulherin, Walter and Cox, 2018).
