Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development helps the person to improve the growth of the
person. But the main difference is that personal development is helpful for the development
of the individual and professional is useful for the growth in the career(Rabbitt, 2019).
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
Short term goals are made for some weeks or might be some days which just involve
developing a small habit. I have also developed some short term goals which will be useful
for me-
 Improve performance numbers
 Organize my work
 Waste less time

Medium term goals usually take some time which might be more than months or it can
take years. I have also developed some goals which will be useful for my study and my
career-
 Develop a new skill
 Get the internship with big company
 Become expert in my field

Long term goals are those which require the time period of years and are also difficult
to achieve unless hard work is done to achieve them. My long term goals are mentioned
below-
