Concept of personal and professional development
Personal development plan (PDP) consist of all activities which develop person’s
capabilities and potential to enhance the quality of life (Adeyemi and Oke, 2020). Whereas,
professional development plan consist of goals, desired skills and competency development in
order to meet the continuous improvement (Arnold and Boggs, 2019).
Importance of short-term goal along with examples
Short term goals are those which individual wants to attain soon like today, within a week
etc. It acts as a milestone within journey to meet long term goal (Boucher and Friot, 2017). Like,
