INTRODUCTION
Academic skills related to skills/skill-set that facilitate individuals in their
respective learning processes. This practically entails a vast array of skill sets, like scholarly
work, referencing, interpersonal skills, critical observation, notes-taking, insightful composing,
among many more. Academic skills offer great significance to every individual, as they are
empowered to become more successful learners. learners are strongly intended to have wide
variety of learning qualifications such that they could achieve success/targets in any sector. PDP
helps people to establish themselves in such a direction that they could successfully accomplish
their desired aims, targets and outcomes.
