The major purpose of personal and professional development plan is that it helps in managing learning and growth of the individual and person career. Professional development involves developing of person own in the role that could understand the job in full manner and how they can improve it. If it is considered as the effective understanding of professional development it ensures that area of knowledge and ensuring of the skills are coming at the highest possible manner. There are some of the examples of professional development which are accountancy and budgeting, IT training and health and safety. On the other hand, personal development is thinking about the skills and knowledge and accomplish their goals and objectives. It can be results in both real life a professional life. It consists of the improvement in talent and potential at the workplace and organization. It is
