INTRODUCTION
The personal development plan is defined as the supported structure, that is process used by
the learner to reflect and upon the learning plan as well as performance. In order to achieve its
plan for its personal and, educational and achievement as well as to plan their achievement for
their personal, education as well as for the development of career (Carlson and et.al., 2020). The
personal development plan is considering how the individual person can learn and will become
more effective impacts by the learners. Apart, from this report also consists of the academic
