Introduction
Personal development plan is defined as the lifelong process, which constantly reviewing
the aim to facilitate the ongoing employability via developing the workplace skills and required
knowledge. The present development plan is based on enhancing a business opportunity for the
development of Makeup business. Therefore, an appropriate personal development planning
mainly helps in rendering the certainty and improves the quality of decision making procedure
for all the parts of the government from the national, regional and local governments and the
private sectors as well (Bound, 2011). The key aim of this assessment is to analyse the personal
and professional development in he manner to identifying the businesses opportunity for make
up business. The existing report will be concerning over the concept of Personal Development
Plan (PDP) and the role of personal development planning. In addition to this, Personal
Development Plan is also going to be formulated and lastly, how ‘Author, Purpose, Reliability
and Relevance’ influences the utilisation of the resources and assessment of eight sources used in
the report plan will be done in this particular report.

1) The concept of personal and professional development.
Personal and professional development is defined as the procedure though which the
business and individual engage in the process of learning to meet the challenges and the selected
goals. The potential aim of personal and professional development is to help an individual to
manage your own learning and growth throughput the career development (Hill and et. al.,
2016). Therefore, it is an essential aspect which relay over the continue learning and also
