Reflective summary:
Learning need refers to a gap between current
knowledge level and required level of knowledge within
a learner for performing set of tasks. To a student,
identification of learning needs assists in identification
of areas which requires prioritised and helps preparing
training ahead of time. Reflection is most likely to lead
deeper learning and is significant for a student to
understand level of achievement.
Skill 1
Time Management
Time management is the skill that a
student would like to develop in
academic career. The skill is related to
organising along with planning the
ways to divide time among variant of
practices. With this skill, a student
completes more work in less duration.
Skill 2
Stress management
Stress management skill is said to ability of a
person to deal with worrying situations
effectively. For a student, stress management
skill provides techniques to reset alarming
system. Moreover, the skill helps body and
mind to adapt to uncertain situations.
Skill 3
Communication skill
The skill is competence for exchanging variant
types of information. Well-developed
communication skill is significant for academic
success of a student. At all educational levels,
communication skill is required among a learner
to understand addition to be understood by
others. It is not restricted to giving and receiving
ideas or critical feedback to others.
Development Plan
Resources
To develop skill sets, there are ample number of resources required by a
student. Text books, digital learning resources, multimedia, novels,
plays and hence forth are some of resources needed by an individual to
improve themselves.
Conclusion
The progression for development is planned
through SMART objective criteria.

management are some skills that a student would
like to develop.
