characteristics that are centered on professionalism and assist an individual in reaching long-term
success. These abilities have been used to achieve short, long, and midterm objectives. The
report is based on a variety of talents that students employ over their academic careers.
MAIN BODY
Identify seven key skills which are commonly taught in this course and discuss
why they are important for students.
Personal growth is that development which is based upon making development done
within an individual which helps in increasing academic. This is an initiative leading towards
boosting of contribution which is made for achievement done in student’s life. It helps in
improving performance in relation to academic integrity of students by making their performance
better (Vallabhan and et. al.., 2020). Academic integrity and its important in academic year this
is one of the most significant things that a student or university needs in order to generate fresh
ideas. This encourages trust, fairness, respect, and accountability in pupils by instilling ethical
ideals throughout the academic year. Students' basic moral values are formed as a result of this,
causing them to do more work with more trust and less plagiarism. If students are unable to
employ abilities connected to academic sessions, this can have an impact on their performance

and may result in penalties being imposed on the student. If a student does not improve, he or she
will be terminated because such issues may negatively impact the university's image. It is also
utilized to improve academic skills by enhancing integrity and knowledge. This allows for
improvisations of original ideas, which aids in the development of ideas in a more effective and
efficient manner. Plagiarism also refers to borrowing someone else's ideas or writing exactly the
same content. This can jeopardize integrity by putting all duplicated items at danger of copyright
infringement, potentially resulting in legal complications for students and colleges. It primarily
affects relationships with coworkers and professors. This is considered a breach of academic
ethics because it has a negative outcome and pupils do not gain information as a result. As a
result, it is regarded as a waste of both time and money. Every student is expected to respect his
or her aspirations and themselves in order to achieve success in his or her academic career. As a
result, students should study about corporate ethics. Students' integrity leads to great
development throughout the academic year. It also encourages pupils to build diversity, which
leads to the development of a variety of skills. This integrity is furthered developed by improving
certain skills within an individual and they are explained as follows:
Decision-Making Skills
To achieve in life, one must have the ability to make good decisions. As a result, pupils
must be taught to make their own decisions from an early age. To make simple and intelligent
decisions fast, the correct decision-making abilities must be taught. At home, parents can help
their children develop this skill by allowing them to choose from a variety of clothing, food,
toys, and activities to begin with. This basic activity is completed with the assistance of this
simple activity. Students will understand the significance of their choices.
Communication
Communication skills are one of the most important life skills for pupils to learn in the
future. Every day, the pupils need high-touch personal engagement to develop healthy social-
emotional skills, which include the ability to comprehend and communicate with others. Students
must learn to interpret social signs and listen carefully if the rate at which they develop these
skills is to be determined( Png and et. al.2020). They must examine what they want to say and
how to say it most effectively.

Focus And Self Control
Students thrive on schedules, habits, and routines, which not only provide a sense of
stability, but also aid in the development of self-control and focus. It is critical to discuss
expectations with children on a daily basis. As a parent, you should organise home so that
children know where to keep their shoes, jackets, and personal items. In today’s world life is
busy, distractible world, so quiet activities like reading a book, doing a puzzle, or engaging in
sensory activities might help your child slow down and focus.
Resilience and Positive Thinking
Resilience and optimistic thinking are important life qualities for students' future success.
As a parent, you must not overprotect and shield child. In fact, pupils should be able to learn how
to bounce back from setbacks rather than taking them to heart or allowing them to define them
for the rest of their lives. Developing these critical life skills enables kids to persevere, create
goals, encourage themselves, and look for the silver lining despite adversity.
Problem Solving
One of the most crucial life skills that all students require is the ability to solve problems.
Solving real-world problems with an approach like Solution Fluency is critical for current and
future survival and success. Students will be faced with difficulties that will require them to
describe a problem, devise a suitable solution, and put it to good use. Problem-solving abilities
aid in tackling each and every issue. To succeed in a competitive environment, students must be
able to think critically in order to recognize, analyze, and devise quick answers (Hong, 2021).
Critical Thinking
The ability to think critically is essential for the future in a changing environment. It's all
about being responsible, autonomous, and productive in your thoughts. Rich, open-ended play is
an excellent approach to develop critical thinking skills. Make sure the learner has time to play
alone or with friends every day. Taking on roles, playing board games, constructing buildings,
and playing outside physical games are all examples of this type of play. Students formulate,
take risks, make mistakes, and try out their ideas with the use of play, all essential factors in the
development of critical thinking.

Self-defense
Self–defense is also an important life skill that aids in a student's growth. In today's
environment, everyone's safety and security is the most important and top priority. Students will
be more independent and safe after learning this important life skill of self-defense. Include this
life skill in the curriculum to teach children how to defend themselves.
In order to improve academic performance, power point learning should be done,
academic skills should be strengthened, and research skills should be developed. Paraphrasing is
a unique skill for effectively communicating an idea, and writing skills should be fostered so that
students can have a broad understanding of their subjects(Delponte, 2017). Organizing things
helps to make work appear more ordered and neat, which improves academic success. It is
designed to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the pattern. Creativity aids in the
reduction of plagiarism, resulting in original work. There are also a variety of additional abilities
that contribute to the development of an organization that aids in the development of various
academic skills. These abilities must be cultivated in order to ensure that all academic skill-
related issues are resolved. These abilities have helped students learn in a more enjoyable way.
The game is primarily focused on helping students build skills that will enable them to deal with
a variety of challenges that may arise while completing their academic work.
CONCLUSION
From the foregoing explanation, it is evident that these skills has been created that has
aided students in their comprehension of plagiarism. Furthermore, many talents have been
explained, as well as academic honesty. At the end of the process, a questionnaire is created.
Following that, numerous types of skills has been explained in relation to student's academic life.
