INTRODUCTION
Academic skills these are the skills that is been used over developing abilities within an
individual which helps in improving both personal and professional aspect. This skills leads over
making knowledge developed with professional assistance. As per the skills guidance is been
provided over making professional and academic goal achieved in more affective manner.
Academic skills makes various aspects developed which makes growth and sustainability
attained within personal and professional life. The report is based upon discussion that
contributes over career growth possible through making learning regarding academic learning.
Also in this skills is been developed which makes professionalism achieved with various
attributes. Further the report makes personal development plan that makes confidence within

Describe about concept of Personal and Professional development plan.
Personal development plan this is that kind of plan that makes engagement over learning
efficiency which helps in attaining better outcomes. Also the plan helps in seeking into those
areas which requires more attention to achieve goals and objectives related to personal
development. Through this plan soft and hard skills is been improved over specific knowledge
upon subjects related to management which makes academic integrity and professional
sustainability developed. Such plan plays important role in improving career through efficiency.
The perspective of the report is based over personal and professional development leading
towards career enhancement within management operations(Manalu and Siringoringo, 2020).
Discuss the value of short term goals and three examples.
Short term goal these are the goals which is been formed to attain growth and
understanding over short time period. Examples of these goals has been given as follows:
 Degree from College relate to graduation or post graduation(Cox, Mulherin and Walter,
2018).
 Apply for management related certificate course which can counted on monthly basis.

 Need to make more detailed understanding regarding aspects of management operations
related courses.
Explain and elaborate about Mid term goals with three personal examples
Medium goals they are the goals which makes success attained over period of nine
months or one years. These goals makes specification attained over management studies.
Examples are as follows:
 They lead over preparation of management related subjects and operation based on it.
 Communication skill improvement through professional integrity(Page, Nimon-Peters
and Urquhart, 2021).
 Tracking better platform for understanding concepts of management and operations.
Discuss about long term goals along with three examples
Long term goals these are the goals which is been formed over making deep study with
analysis upon academic criteria. Further example has been explained as follows:
 Planning is required over making sustainability attained through sustainability(Shuma
and Basela, 2021).
 Better return with objectives related to management operations in near future.
 Technical knowledge over management and operations makes professionalism attained
over it.
