Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
The Personal and professional evolution refers to the strategic plan which is
developed for increasing knowledge and skills by which a person can get more
opportunities. It is the process consisting of growth strategies(Allen and et, al., 2019).
Description and discussion of the value of short-term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
The Short term goals are those goals which needed for fulfilling in small span
of time helpful in increasing morale and workers interest(Carlucci and et, al., 2018).
. 3 examples are-
 Time management
 Stress management
 Public speaking skills

The Medium term goals are those goals which are bridge between short term
and long term objectives(Elias, 2022) . 3 examples are-
 Working on my skills of decision making
 For developing English skills
 Enrolling in online language course for bilingual skills

The Long term goals are the ones which requires long period of time and
motivate for working towards better self(Li, Xiong and Wang, 2018). 3 examples are-

Plan and construction of an example using my goals
PDP is the statement of actions and techniques followed by person by which
they turn weaknesses into strengths(Ortner, Grapes and Stoney, 2021). It consists of
plan helping in work on strengths and weakness. PDP reflection is as below-
 Boosting the confidence level and motivation
 For attracting large numbers of opportunities
 For improving and shaping weaknesses into strengths
 Increasing the performance

Task Two:
Description and discussion of how ‘Author, Purpose, Reliability
and Relevance’ affect the use of a source
Author is the medium which quotes the info into specific texts(Quenelle and
Kelly, 2020) .
Purpose is the source helping in defining the goals of management and info
distribution.
Reliability describes the credibility of sources so there relativity and
relevance is known(Shukla, 2021).
Relevance describes the suitability and data accuracy(Sachs and et, al., 2019).
